    Today, we announced our Half-Year Results 2026, delivering sales of CHF 3.4 billion with +16.0% CER sales growth. CORE EBITDA reached CHF 1.2 billion, resulting in a margin of 34.8%, while Free Cash Flow improved to CHF 0.4 billion. Based on our strong H1 performance, we upgraded our Full-Year 2026 CORE EBITDA margin outlook to 33–34%, while maintaining our CER sales growth guidance of 11–12%. All three Business Platforms delivered double-digit CER sales growth, supported by sustained customer demand across technologies and geographies, continued momentum in strategic outsourcing activities and strong operational execution. We also expanded a strategic collaboration with a leading US biopharmaceutical company, reflecting the strength of our diversified business model and long-term customer partnerships. In addition, we announced the further expansion of our commercial-scale ADC drug product capacity in Stein (CH), backed by a long-term customer commitment.     Today, we announced a licensing agreement with Engitix to help advance the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for patients with chronic diseases. Through the agreement, Engitix will access Lonza’s clinically validated ADC technology platform, including our SYNtecan E™ linker-payload technology as well as GlycoConnect® and HydraSpace®. By combining these technologies with Engitix’s proprietary extracellular matrix (ECM) discovery platform, the collaboration aims to support the development of differentiated targeted therapies with the potential to address significant unmet patient needs. This collaboration highlights the power of combining cutting-edge science with proven ADC technologies to help accelerate the development of innovative therapies and unlock new possibilities in targeted treatment approaches.
