A neuroqueer/crip/ace/trans/Mad collage of experimental poetics, how we sheep explores scholarly and poetic collaboration as an erotic project. Integrating a range of sources into collaboration notes collected between 2020-2024, Cavar and Bougie defamiliarize academic expectations of professionalism, co-authorship, and expertise.

Originally printed and sold as a zine in 2018, this chapbook is a 24-year-old’s revision of a 21-year-old’s meditation on queerness (asexuality; aromanticism; transness), religion (Lutheran Christianity; Hellenic polytheism), and a few favorite dead authors (Alfred, Lord Tennyson; Elliot Smith; Edna St. Vincent Millay).
