Agraya GmbH strengthens its leadership team with the appointments of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!   This week, Daniel Link joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Tilman Felshart will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 1 August 2026.   As Agraya continues to grow, the company is strengthening its leadership structure to support continued growth. Daniel Link is joining as COO to enhance Agraya’s operational performance and scalability. The response to the Changemaker Awards 2026 has been truly inspiring. With more than 80 applications from over 40 countries, this year’s edition has brought together powerful initiatives dedicated to empowering women in agriculture and driving meaningful change across the sector. Held in connection with the UN International Year of the Woman Farmer, the Changemaker Awards celebrate the people and projects helping shape a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future for farming worldwide.
