Setting the scene for further growth in APAC. We have appointed Andrew Tull as Regional Director APAC to lead the strategic direction in the region. Mr Tull brings more than 25 years’ experience in social and economic infrastructure having held senior positions with global infrastructure consulting firm AECOM. Supporting offshore wind operations in Japan We've successfully completed a major component exchange (MCE) scope off the northwest coast of Japan, delivering critical maintenance to support the long-term operation of the turbines. Major component exchanges are among the most specialised activities undertaken during a turbine's operational life, requiring experienced personnel, detailed planning and precise execution in challenging offshore environments. Our team delivered the scope safely and efficiently, applying the specialist expertise needed to execute complex maintenance work offshore. As offshore wind farms mature, MCE work becomes an increasingly important part of long-term asset management. Successful delivery requires not only technical capability, but also the experience to manage complex scopes safely and effectively.
