As part of the roadmap set out in our 2030 Strategic Plan, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Iglesias as the new CEO of K-LAGAN. Daniel brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in internationally recognized technology and engineering organizations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at companies including Altran and Capgemini Engineering, leading business growth, organizational transformation, and high-performing teams. His appointment represents a significant step forward as we continue to accelerate our growth, strengthen our organization, and execute our long-term strategic ambitions. At the same time, Karim Gandara will take on the role of President of K-LAGAN, where he will continue to drive the company's strategic vision, foster new business opportunities, and support the long-term evolution of our organization. This new leadership structure combines the vision, values, and entrepreneurial spirit that have shaped K-LAGAN from the very beginning with the leadership needed to achieve our ambitions for 2030. 🚀 #JFTL2026 may be over, but many of the conversations it sparked are more relevant than ever. For two days, Europe’s software quality and testing community came together to share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore new approaches to building better digital products. At K-LAGAN, we were proud to actively contribute to these discussions through sessions on digital accessibility, sustainable quality, large-scale BDD adoption, and the evolution of testing principles towards a shared culture of quality. And if there is one key takeaway we are bringing back from this year’s edition, it is this: 👉 Quality is no longer the sole responsibility of QA. Accessibility, sustainability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale best practices are becoming essential elements in creating digital products that deliver real value and lasting impact. 💙 More Than 2 Million Reasons to Be Proud Commitment, solidarity, and teamwork have once again proven that together, we can make a real difference. The 2nd Aldeas Infantiles SOS de España Intercompany Charity Challenge, in which K-LAGAN proudly participated as both a sponsor and a participating company, has come to an extraordinary close with an outstanding result: 2,192,967 points achieved—more than double the total reached in the previous edition. Over the course of several weeks, more than 700 participants from 17 companies came together to support a common cause: helping children, teenagers, and families facing vulnerable situations. Walking, running, exercising, taking part in digital challenges, sharing experiences, and raising awareness about children at risk were just some of the activities that helped participants earn points and, more importantly, create a positive impact far beyond the competition itself. 🎯 A Challenge with Purpose Beyond the rankings and results, the true success of this initiative lies in the dedication and involvement of everyone who took part. Every step taken, every challenge completed, and every minute invested contributed to supporting the programs developed by Aldeas Infantiles SOS, helping provide hundreds of children with a safe, nurturing environment and greater opportunities for the future. 👏 Thank You for Representing the Values of K-LAGAN We would like to extend a special thank you to everyone at K-LAGAN who participated in this initiative.
