FAQs for Conflict-of-Interest Policy
Employee Disclosures and Approval Requests
GXO employees must submit a request to disclose any potential or actual conflict of interest and to obtain applicable pre‑approval from the Ethics & Compliance Team before engaging in certain activities. Requests are required for activities involving:
- Conflicts of interest
- Giving or receiving gifts or entertainment
- Charitable contributions made on behalf of GXO
- Customer product giveaways
- Speaking engagements and content shared externally
