𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲⁣ ⁣ Today, we celebrate the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.⁣ ⁣ This photograph takes us back to our beginnings. From the very start, Mondragon Assembly was founded and has grown as a 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, built on people’s commitment, the strength of collaboration, and the shared ambition of shaping the future together.⁣ ⁣ We often associate cooperatives with governance models or regulations. But a cooperative is much more than that: it is a 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, created together and where success is understood as a collective achievement.⁣ ⁣ At Mondragon Assembly, we know that cooperative values are not passed on through documents alone; they are built through everyday experiences, conversations, and participation.
