Description

Including @typespec/ts-http-runtime@0.3.5, specifically for its fix of:

  • Request headers are no longer forwarded to the proxy server as additional headers when establishing HTTPS CONNECT tunnels; headers on proxied HTTP(S) requests sent through an established tunnel are unchanged.

Motivation and Context

Some proxy servers block CONNECT call with any headers.
