This PR replaces a multi-line <comment_tool_info> block in the tag-mode prompt (src/create-prompt/index.ts) with a single concise instruction line telling the agent to use mcp__github_comment__update_claude_comment and to load it with ToolSearch first. It is a 1-file, prompt-text-only change.
