Description

I'm experiencing a critical issue starting Docker Desktop on Windows using the ARM64 build. Immediately after launching the app, I receive an error dialog stating:

Reproduce

1. Installed Docker Desktop on Windows (ARM64)
2. Opened Docker Desktop for the first time.
3. Encountered the following error immediately:
4. An unexpected error occurred

com.docker.build: com.docker.build: running
com.docker.build: exit status 1
Tried restarting, resetting Docker Desktop to factory defaults, and reinstalling — error persists.

5. No containers or custom settings involved, just default installation.
