Level of concentration was tested in this study. The study was consisted of only one treatment group of 60 male and female subjects. Subjects were ranged from 12-18 years of age studying in the Schools of Uttar Pradesh and have been participated in any of the State level Kho-Kho tournaments were selected through purposively sampling as the subjects for the study. Who underwent the training of 6 days a week for 16 weeks through Yoga Abhyaas. Letter Cancellation Task as used by Kumar and Telles (2009) were used to measure the level of concentration of players. To check the effectiveness of training program between pre-test and post-test in experimental group paired-"t"-test was used. The result of the study revealed that there was a significant difference between the means of pre and post test in Concentration test of experimental group.

For this study 30 subjects were selected from Uttar Pradesh, of age ranged between 18-25 years. All subjects were divided into two groups as experimental (Group-I) and control group (Group-II). Group-I underwent specific yoga skill training,3 days in a week for a period of 12 weeks and group-II was treated as control group and haven't get any special training other than the routine. The physiological parameters (Systolic Blood pressure and Diastolic Blood pressure) were measured before and after training period. Pre and post-test random group design was used for this study. The data were collected before and after the training period of 12 weeks and the data were staticallyanalyzed by t-test, to find out the significant improvement if any at 0.05 level of confidence. The result shows that there was a significant improvement in physiological parameters.

Among these, yoga has drawn empirical attention as a supplemental intervention for improving psychological constructs essential to athletic success. Yoga is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), and energy locks (bandha). This systematic review summarizes research on the effects of psychological therapies and yoga on athletes' mental toughness, self-worth, and emotional intelligence at all levels of competition. We spot patterns in performance metrics, outcome measures, intervention features, and research design. Results consistently show that structured yoga programs combined with training in specific psychological abilities are linked to better performance results by improving stress control, selfperception, and emotional awareness. The review assesses the quality of the evidence across athletic populations and explores the neuropsychological, psychophysiological, and cognitive-affective processes that underlie yoga and psychological techniques. With implications for coaches, sport psychologists, and practitioners looking for evidence-based interventions to improve athlete wellbeing and performance, the article also identifies research gaps and offers suggestions for upcoming longitudinal and mechanistic studies.

An objective physiological measure of the regulation of emotions and stress is heart rate variability (HRV), a noninvasive sign of autonomic nervous system activity. Optimizing mental resilience and athletic performance during adolescence may be possible with an understanding of the association between HRV and emotional regulation in schoolgoing athletes. The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the relationship between teenage school-age athletes' heart rate variability and emotional control. Using a stratified random sampling procedure, a total of n = 120 teenage athletes between the ages of 13 and 18 who were actively involved in school-level sports were selected. Validated heart rate monitors were used to record HRV parameters during rest, such as time-domain (SDNN, RMSSD) and frequency-domain indices (LF, HF, LF/HF ratio). Standardized self-report questionnaires like the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) were used to measure emotional regulation. The association between HRV indices and emotional regulation scores was evaluated using either Pearson's or Spearman's correlation analysis. Adaptive emotional control techniques, such as cognitive reappraisal, showed significant positive relationships with parasympathetic HRV parameters (RMSSD and HF power) (p < 0.05). Higher LF/HF ratios, on the other hand, were substantially linked to increased emotional dysregulation and dependence on maladaptive techniques like emotional suppression (p < 0.05). These results suggest a significant relationship between autonomic nervous system balance and emotional regulation in teenage athletes. HRV is a possible biomarker for psychological resilience and emotional well-being in young athletes because higher HRV suggests stronger emotional regulation capacity. In educational settings, combining emotional control training with HRV monitoring may promote the holistic development of athletes.

The potential of incorporating yoga-based instruction into school curricula to improve SEL outcomes for kids and teenagers has gained more attention in recent years. This meta-analysis assesses how well yoga education curricula foster SEL abilities by methodically reviewing and synthesizing empirical data from studies published over the previous 20 years. A total of X studies (insert number where available) from various age groups, educational environments, and intervention types were examined. Results show that self-awareness, self-management, emotional regulation, empathy, mindfulness, prosocial behaviour, and classroom engagement are all greatly enhanced by curricular yoga treatments. The study also emphasizes how curriculum design, instructor preparation, and intervention duration all have moderating influence on SEL results. The overall findings clearly support the inclusion of structured yoga education in school programs as a practical strategy to improve kids' social-emotional development, despite considerable variation in study designs. To maximize the benefits of SEL, future research should concentrate on longitudinal impacts, culturally relevant curriculum approaches, and integration with digital or hybrid platforms.

Incorporating yoga into the curriculum has become a viable tactic to improve students' physical and mental health as a result of the increased focus on holistic education. 200 students were divided into intervention and control groups at random as part of a quasiexperimental approach. Over the course of 12 weeks, the intervention group engaged in structured yoga sessions with an emphasis on asana, pranayama, and relaxation methods. Measures of classroom behaviour, such as self-regulation, involvement, and attentiveness, were evaluated in conjunction with physical fitness parameters, such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. When compared to controls, students in the yoga intervention group showed notable gains in physical fitness metrics and favourable behavioural outcomes, according to statistical studies. The results demonstrate how well yoga practices can be incorporated into school programs to support students' overall development, with potential ramifications for curriculum design and educational policy in senior secondary schools.
