Last week, we proudly launched our first group-wide CSR initiative: IMPACT 72. The initiative focused on bringing our values to life while creating meaningful change for our communities, our environment, and the causes that matter most to our people. Across our offices, colleagues came together to make an impact in various ways. From volunteering in local communities and donating clothing to taking part in a series of fun office challenges that encouraged teamwork and friendly competition. From table tennis tournaments and cup stacking challenges to keepy-uppies and paper aeroplane contests, there was plenty of energy, laughter, and team spirit on display. A huge thank you to everyone who got involved, whether you volunteered your time, donated to a great cause, or simply joined in the fun. ✨ Wrapping up Wellfest 2025! ✨ As we finish the second week of Wellfest, it’s been another busy and inspiring few days filled with energy, learning, and connection. This week’s highlights included Pilates sessions, nutritious breakfasts, insightful wellbeing webinars, and moments of calm with guided meditation all focused on helping our teams prioritise their wellbeing, both inside and outside of work. It’s been a fantastic two weeks celebrating physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and a wonderful reminder that looking after ourselves and each other is what truly makes us thrive. 💚 A huge thank you to everyone who took part, organised activities, and brought so much enthusiasm to Wellfest 2025. 🌟 Wellfest 2025 is here! 🌟 This week at Org Group, we kicked off Wellfest 2025, our two-week celebration of wellbeing running from Monday 6th October to Friday 17th October. Wellfest is more than just an event, it’s a reminder of the importance of taking care of ourselves and each other. During these two weeks, we focus on three pillars of wellbeing: 💪 Physical Wellbeing – nurturing our bodies through healthy choices, activity, and rest. 🧠 Mental Wellbeing – building resilience, reducing stress, and finding daily balance. ❤️ Emotional Wellbeing – strengthening connections, practicing gratitude, and supporting one another. So far, the week has been full of energy and positivity: healthy breakfasts to kickstart the day, rehydration stations to flavour up our water, lunchtime walks, sleep workshops, quizzes, and plenty of healthy snacks. We’re excited to announce that Org Group has acquired a minority stake in HappyPath Labs, a very innovative, rapidly growing and award-winning technology company based in Ireland. The HappyPath team is redefining how organisations connect with customers and employees through next-generation cloud and AI-powered solutions. HappyPath offers a CCaaS solution (Contact Centre as a Service) with omnichannel communications and AI built-in. They are also an AWS partner, supporting organisations in designing and scaling contact centres, among other mission-critical developments. HappyPath has developed a platform called Fizz that adds new meaning to the term ‘competitive advantage’. It provides actionable insights rapidly and at significant scale, helping organisations to improve performance, strengthen compliance and deliver better customer experiences. Org Group was delighted to work closely with HappyPath in the beta stages of development for Fizz which brings a compelling solution to market. Our purpose is to unlock organisational potential by aligning people, processes, and technology. This new partnership marks a further significant milestone for our unified customer experience (CX) proposition.
