The reason for this is that the topic of punitivism and the expansion of criminal law has to be tackled. In a specific chapter elucidate the theme of feminism from the gender point of view, and will present the rupture that this concept provides in criminolgy and feminism. And finally, taking into account the map of violence and the whole plot of the Law of Feminicide, we will try to raise theoretical hypotheses in the confrontation of violence against the feminine gender. He mentioned law will be examined, considering its positive and negative aspects, as well as its symbolic effect and the treatment given to the concept of gender.

Apresenta como principal característica a alteridade, que é esta capacidade do individuo de reconhecer o outro como dependente, incitar como ponto norteador o olhar face-a-face. Tal perspectiva desenvolve-se principalmente na América Latina, pois é nela que prevalece esta característica de povo oprimido, justificada na esmagadora dominação da cultura europeia.
