The utilization of tacit knowledge and innovations had enabled firms to gain competitive advantage and achieve success. This paper examined the effect of strategies on entrepreneurial success with focus on female-owned micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Diverse theoretical and empirical discourses were reviewed to establish relationships and effects with reference to strategies and success of MSMEs. The paper utilized primary data collected after administering validated copies of questionnaire to fifty-six female-owned enterprises in Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria. MSMEs were selected using purposive-convenient sampling technique. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted with specified multiple regression-models to depict entrepreneurial success as a function of strategies. From the results, it was discovered that knowledge transfer and innovation were key in engendering entrepreneurial success. Also, the number of years in business had a moderating effect on the relationship between strategies and the success of female-owned enterprises. The paper recommends knowledge transfer and embedded innovation to stimulate success among MSMEs in other areas, in order to ensure enterprises' longevity.

The debate and conscious efforts made to clarify leadership actively has generated socio-cultural and organizational research on its styles and behaviours. This study seeks to identify the theoretical views of various academic scholars on some of the main theories that emerged during the 20 th century include: the Thomas Carlyle's Great Man theory, Gordon Allport's Trait theory, Fred Fiedler's Contingency theory, Hersey and Blanchard Situational Theory, Max Weber's Transactional theory, MacGregor Burns' Transformational theory, Robert Houses' Path-goal theory, and Vroom and Yetton's Participative theory. Empirical discourse that revealed findings of academic scholars have enshrined the import of leadership in organizations. Various academic literature that already have been subject to validity and reliability tests were reviewed and used to arrive at the findings. The study postulated the Mystical-man theory after a rich discourse and recommended it as the ideal theory for all Christian leaders to adopt as it is assumed to provide above average performance at all times, irrespective of followership behaviour.

A pre-tested questionnaire was administered to 124 married students of Babcock University and results were analysed using various regression analysis. Findings revealed that sexual initiation has no influence on sexual satisfaction. It depicted that sexual drive provokes sexual satisfaction more in males than in females while intimacy tends to engender sexual satisfaction more in females than in their male counterparts where the joint effect of the three variables on sexual satisfaction was tested. Furthermore, length of time in marriage significantly moderates the relationship between intimacy and sexual satisfaction. The study confirms intimacy as a key driver in the sexual satisfaction of married couples and recommends its embrace in obedience to the Holy book, as it motivates sexual initiation and increases sexual drive in each partner.

The Nigerian Banking industry has been traumatized by bank failures ranging from issues of poor corporate governance to poor lending decisions that were taken centrally by the bank executives. This has sparked scholars to examine the relationship that exists between decentralized decision making and employees' goal
deliveries in selected commercial banks in Lagos, Nigeria. A survey research design was adopted for the study with a sample size of 250 management staff in the corporate office of the three most profitable banks in Nigeria. A questionnaire was adapted, validated and distributed among 250 randomly selected management staff of the selected banks in Lagos State, Nigeria and 205 were found usable. The research instrument was established through Cronbach’s alpha reliability test and Confirmatory Factor Analysis with values of each ranging from 0.67 to 0.85 and 0.596 to 0.726 respectively. The findings revealed that there a
positive and statistically significant relationship between decentralized decision making and employees' goal deliveries. The regression models as developed were tested along the hypotheses and it was established that Participative Leadership style (r = 0.221, R2= 0.049, p = 0.001 < 0.05) and Communication flows (r = 0.222, R2 = 0.049, p = 0.001 < 0.05) significantly affected employees' goal deliveries in the selected commercial banks in Lagos state. Employees' commitment (r = 0.119,
R2 = 0.014, p = 0.89 > 0.05) did not have a significant effect on employees' goal deliveries in the selected commercial banks. The study concludes that participative leadership style and communication flows significantly impact on employees goal deliveries in the selected banks while employees' commitment showed no significant impact on goal deliveries. It is therefore recommended that the management of commercial banks adopt decentralized decision making as a competitive edge over their peers.
