I have spent many years studying and writing about the work of Professor Alexander Thom and more recently Algernon Berriman and his book 'Historical Metrology' published in 1953. My latest book available on Amazon ebooks is titled 'From Stonehenge to Giza' and was co written with Hugh Franklin.
Thom's work has been 'airbrushed out of history' according to Robin Heath and I strongly agree.
There is a disconnect between the best modern metrologists, the Heath brothers, Hugh Franklin, Howard Crowhurst and Ann Macaulay (deceased) align with Thom's Work but John Neal, Harry Sivertsen and Jim Wakefield will have no truck with it. Other such as Melissa Campbell are open minded and wait to be convinced. It has left modern metrology log jammed with the academic effect of a damp squib, I think salvation can only come from the work of Berriman.

These measures can be compared to the base of the Giza Great Pyramid as 30 arcseconds and 1296000 in the Earth Circumference confirmed by Berriman. DK Nov 2025. So a direct link in arcseconds is created between the monuments. The link between Stonehenge and Avebury is geodetic as suggested by Michell.1440 units of 17,28 miles produce the 24883.2 Earth circumference.
This is
28.8 Greek fingers of 0.76 inches
24 Scripture fingers of 0.912 inches
30. Egyptian digits of 0.7296 inches
All producing an Earth circumference of 21600 Admiralty miles and compiled from ancient Greek and Hebrew texts by a group of specially chosen scholars for King James 1.
