To investigate the bioactive compound, antioxidant, and the potential of basil leaves as antiaging sources particularly as the tyrosinase inhibitor. This study used phytochemical screening for the bioactive compound, DPPH scavenging activity for antioxidant assay, and tyrosinase inhibition activity for the antiaging property. The phytochemical screening shows that the basil leaves extract has flavonoid, saponin, phenol, steroid, and alkaloid. The basil leaves extract has lower antioxidant activity (20.55 ± 0.04 μg/mL) compared with eugenol (2.44 ± 0.26 μg/mL) through DPPH scavenging activity. The basil leaves extract (35.59 ± 0.83 μg/mL) has lower antiaging activity particularly as antityrosinase activity compared with eugenol (10.87 ± 0.41 μg/mL). This study to was conducted to see the antioxidant potential (DPPH, ABTS, LC-MS/MS) of coriander seed extract (Coriandrum sativum L). Brand equity has a strategic role to create an advantage and distinction over other competitors. This study analyzes the effect of brand equity on brand loyalty at the hospital. The design used is cross-sectional involving 200 samples who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The statistical test used was the t-test (α = 0.05). The results showed that the overall variable brand awareness, preference metrics, financial metrics, output metrics, competitive metrics, local marketers' perception metrics affected brand loyalty. However, partially the variables of brand awareness and perceptions of local marketers did not have a positive effect. It is recommended that the hospital improves the ease of access and affordability of faciliti es for patients who use vehicles, provides discounts to patients, especially general/non-insured patients who have been treated repeatedly.

The ingredients in the cosmetics has a toxin effect in human body. To investigate the bioactive compound, an antioxidant and antiaging activity particularly as collagenase inhibitor of the tomatoes. This study used phytochemical screening for the bioactive compounds, DPPH scavenging activity for antioxidant assay and collagenase inhibition activity for the antiaging property. The phytochemical screening shows that the Solanum lycopersicum L. extract (SLE) has flavonoid, phenol, saponin, tannin and alkaloid. The lycopene (79.45 ± 1.01) has an antioxidant activity better than SLE (147.20 ± 16.97) from DPPH scavenging activity. The various herbal plant enriches Indonesia. One of them is lime that content various phytochemicals. This study was aimed to explore antioxidants property and tyrosinase enzyme inhibition activity of lime peel and lime seed. This study used ethanol extract from lime peel and seed. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by the ABTS reduction assay, while tyrosinase enzyme inhibitor activity by tyrosinase enzyme from fungi. The results of this study showed that the IC50 Value of Lime Seed (14.09 ± 0.88 µg/mL) was lower than lime peel (20.16 ± 0.23 µg/mL). Meanwhile, the IC50 value against tyrosine enzyme of Lime Peel (34.23 ± 0.93 µg/mL) was lower than lime seed (67.88 ± 3.73µg/mL). Hence lime peels potentially become a tyrosinase enzyme inhibitor agent while the lime seed has better antioxidant potential than the peel.

The aim of this study was to investigate the ABTS reducing activity and anti-collagenase activity of scutellarein and apigenin. This study used ABTS reducing activity for antioxidant assay and collagenase inhibitory activity for antiaging assay. Scutellarein (16.77 μg/ml) has higher antioxidant activity through ABTS reducing activity compared with apigenin (80.19 μg/ml). Scutellarein (99.20 μg/ml) has higher antiaging activity through collagenase inhibitory activity compared with apigenin (211.67 μg/ml). Scutellarein has very strong antioxidant activity through ABTS reduction activity and strong antiaging property particularly as collagenase inhibitor. Apigenin has strong antioxidant activity through ABTS reduction activity and weak antiaging property particularly as collagenase inhibitor.

Premature aging is generally caused by free radicals, from both air pollution and photoaging. Natural compounds from plant extracts are among sources of antioxidants and anti-hyaluronidase which have the ability to prevent antiaging. One of the potential fruits related to antioxidant and antiaging activities is Anana scomosus. A. comosus has a number of phenolic compounds with biological activities. One of the main phenolic compounds in A. comosus is luteolin. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant and antiaging potentials of pineapple core extract (PCE). This study was conducted at the Biomolecular and Biomedicine Research Center, Aretha Medika Utama from August to November 2018. Analysis of antioxidants from PCE and luteolin was carried out using H 2 O 2 scavenging activity assay. The antiaging assay was carried out through inhibition of hyaluronidase enzyme, one of the important enzymes in the aging process. Luteolin had lower IC50 value of H 2 O 2 scavenging activity of around 24.12±3.13 μg/ ml, which was better than CPE with IC50 of 304.56±3.76μg/mL. The results of hyaluronidase inhibition activity assay showed that luteolin compound had a lower IC50 value of 67.38±3.99 μg/mL when compared to PCE with an IC50 value of 161.15±1.05 μg/mL.
