The healthcare industry is also part of the problem, and it is estimated to contribute approximately 4-5 per cent of global greenhouse gas emissions. Privacy within the systems becomes of paramount concern as AI systems handle more and more sensit... more Privacy within the systems becomes of paramount concern as AI systems handle more and more sensitive data. Summarize and compare two recent techniques proposed that fit under the federated learning and differential privacy frameworks. Model training across decentralized data sources through federated learning steers clear of the need for centralized data aggregation while maintaining individual data privacy. Another model of Privacy, known as differential Privacy, ensures that the output of AI models shows no such characteristics that could reverse-derive sensitive information regarding any point of individual data. In it, we briefly describe each method's principles, advantages, limitations, and application areas. We add practical importance to our work through Python implementation. This takes place in a simulated environment to demonstrate how federated learning, combined with differential Privacy, might be applied in developing systems to protect the Privacy of AI better. This enlightens the techniques of privacy enhancement in AI and their effectiveness, as well as the usability insights of privacy-enhancing techniques in real scenarios
