Born on August 5, 1961, in the village of Hamid Ujjan, Kandiaro, in the Naushahro Feroze District of Sindh, Pakistan. he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Sindh in Jamshoro. He is fluent in Urdu, Sindhi, and English. Career and Contributions: Ruk Sindhi began his writing career in 1980 at age 19, with his first articles published in the Karachi-based newspaper *Daily Hilal-e-Pakistan*. He is renowned for his research on the Indus Valley Civilization, including its archaeological significance and why it flourished near rivers like the Indus, which provided reliable water for drinking and agriculture.
He has authored more than 36 Books in Sindhi, English and Urdu.
