Fokus utama kajian ini adalah peran pemimpin dalam institusi pendidikan, karakteristik kepemimpinan yang ideal, serta pentingnya penguatan kompetensi untuk menghadapi tantangan modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengkaji sumbersumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan, serta menganalisis konsep kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam berdasarkan ajaran Al-Qur'an, Hadis, dan pandangan para ulama. Hasil dan temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan Islam memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk menghadapi kompleksitas tantangan era modern. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika Islam, peningkatan kompetensi manajerial dan teknologi, pelatihan kepemimpinan berkelanjutan, serta implementasi prinsip syura dalam pengambilan keputusan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan pendidikan yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam

Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana pemikiran empirisme Ibnu Taimiyah dapat memberikan perspektif baru dalam memahami integrasi antara agama, filsafat, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran ilmu menurut Ibnu Taimiyah-yang mencakup wahyu, akal, dan indera-menawarkan landasan yang kokoh untuk menjaga objektivitas dan integritas ilmu di tengah tantangan epistemologis saat ini. Dengan menekankan supremasi wahyu dan peran akal serta indera sebagai alat bantu, pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah memberikan solusi yang relevan dalam menghadapi disinformasi dan relativisme epistemologis di era modern. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan filsafat ilmu dalam konteks kontemporer.

various aspects of life, particularly in education. Among
students, the widespread use of social media provides
opportunities for self-development while also posing serious
risks to character formation if not properly managed. This
study aims to examine the role of Islamic Education (PAI)
teachers in addressing social media misuse among vocational
high school students. The main objective is to identify and
analyze the specific contributions of PAI teachers in guiding
students’ religious character, ethical behavior, and digital
responsibility. This research employed a descriptive qualitative
approach, with primary data collected through interviews with
PAI teachers and students at SMK 3 Bina Sejahtera Bogor,
supported by secondary data from relevant literature. Data
were analyzed thematically using triangulation techniques to
ensure validity and reliability. The key findings highlight that
PAI teachers perform three critical roles in preventing social
media misuse: as role models (uswah hasanah), religious
character builders (murabbi), and digital ethics guides
(mursyid al-akhlaq). Their exemplary behavior, both offline
and online, provides a moral benchmark for students, while
religious activities foster self-discipline and moral awareness
crucial for ethical digital conduct. These roles demonstrate the
holistic function of PAI teachers as both knowledge
transmitters and moral educators, reinforcing Islamic
educational principles. This study advances understanding of
Islamic education’s relevance in the digital era and suggests
further exploration of integrated strategies combining digital
literacy and Islamic values to enhance students’ resilience
against social media’s negative effects.

This article explores the concept of tadabbur Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Nashir Al-'Umar a... more This article explores the concept of tadabbur Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Nashir Al-'Umar and its implications for the development of contemporary Islamic education. The study is motivated by the weakening interaction between Muslims and the Qur'an, which is often limited to recitation (tilawah) and memorization (tahfiz), while the dimensions of deep reflection and inner meaning are frequently neglected. This research aims to explain the essence of tadabbur according to Al-'Umar, distinguish it from tafsir and other forms of interaction such as ta'wīl and ta'ammul, and outline its relevance for renewing the paradigm of Islamic education. Based on a literature review of Al-'Umar's works and classical tafsir references, the study finds that tadabbur is understood as a profound process of contemplating the meanings, wisdoms, and consequences of Qur'anic verses by integrating the functions of the intellect, heart, and action. In the educational context, tadabbur implies an epistemological and pedagogical reorientation from textual-based learning models toward reflective and transformative models that foster spiritual awareness and Qur'anic character. Furthermore, tadabbur serves as a foundation for moral formation, spiritual renewal, and the development of a knowledge-based civilization rooted in revelation.

This study explores the concept of tawhid from the perspective of Nashir al-Umar and its implemen... more This study explores the concept of tawhid from the perspective of Nashir al-Umar and its implementation in contemporary da'wah and Islamic education. The research employs a library research method with a descriptiveanalytical approach to examine the works of Nashir al-Umar. The findings indicate that tawhid-based da'wah and education must be prioritized as a response to the ongoing crisis of faith and global challenges faced by the Muslim community. Key strategies include strengthening digital da'wah platforms, integrating tawhid-centered curricula in Islamic educational institutions, and optimizing the role of the family as the foundational environment for nurturing faith. Furthermore, the effective and moderate use of information technology is essential for disseminating tawhid messages in a relevant and widespread manner. This study contributes theoretically to the enrichment of Islamic discourse, particularly in the fields of da'wah and education, and offers practical implications for preachers, educators, and policymakers in designing tawhid-oriented programs to shape a generation of Muslims who are firm in their faith and resilient in facing the challenges of the modern era.

Islam places knowledge in a noble position, and the tradition of knowledge in Islam has produced many great scholars throughout history. However, this intellectual tradition has not only generated knowledge but also sparked various debates and discussions about the concept of knowledge itself. One scholar who gave significant attention to the concept of knowledge was Ibn Taimiyah, particularly regarding the channels of knowledge. His thoughts on how knowledge is transmitted have become an essential part of scholarly discussions within the Islamic intellectual tradition. Purpose. The purposes of this research were to analyze and describe the concept of knowledge transmission according to Ibn Taimiyah. Method. This research is a type of library research using descriptive qualitative methods with a historical and philosophical approach. Results. The results of this research show that there are three transmissions and channels of knowledge in Ibn Taimiyah's perspective: revelation (wahyu), reason, and the senses. There is no conflict between the three. However, revelation is the absolute and main channel of knowledge. while reason and senses are channels of knowledge that must be subject to revelation. Both play a role in digesting and understanding the truth that comes from revelation. Conclusion. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the channels of knowledge according to Ibn Taimiyah are (wahyu) revelation, aql (mind) and the senses. There is no conflict at all between the three channels. But wahyu (revelation) is the most important and absolute channel.

This article aims to analyze and describe Ibn Taimiyah's concept of knowledge channels and its re... more This article aims to analyze and describe Ibn Taimiyah's concept of knowledge channels and its relevance in the context of renewing Islamic thought in the post-truth era. This research is a type of library research using a descriptive interpretive qualitative method through a historical and philosophical approach. The findings reveal three primary channels of knowledge according to Ibn Taimiyah: revelation, reason, and the senses, which are seen as complementary rather than contradictory. In his view, revelation is the primary and absolute channel, while reason and the senses serve as supportive tools that must submit to revelation in the pursuit of truth. In the post-truth era, where information is often dominated by emotion and subjective opinions, Ibn Taimiyah's thought offers a strong epistemological foundation. By establishing revelation as the highest source of truth, this approach helps counter disinformation and epistemological relativism. Reason and the senses, when guided by revelation, can preserve objectivity in knowledge. This study emphasizes that the harmonious integration of revelation, reason, and the senses in Ibn Taimiyah's perspective can provide a solution to the epistemological confusion arising in the modern era, as well as serve as a guide for renewing Islamic thought.

This study aims to describe the concept of tawheed education of Natsir and its relevance to the c... more This study aims to describe the concept of tawheed education of Natsir and its relevance to the curriculum of the STID M. Natsir. This research method uses qualitative research in the form of Library Research with descriptive data analysis. The results of this study found that the concept of tawheed education of Natsir was based on the word of Allah QS. Lukman: 13-14 about the teaching of tawheed from Lukman to his son, QS. Ali-Imran: 112 about holding fast to tawheed, and QS. As-Saffat: 102 about the fruit of tawheed that gives birth to submission and obedience to God. This concept has relevance to the STID M. Natsir curriculum which provides tawheed courses for four semesters to print dais as learning outcomes for graduates. The relevance includes; 1) In-depth and complete teaching of tawheed, 2) Proof of tawheed of graduate students with the readiness to preach as envoys of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Council, 3) The fruit of tawheed is the resilience of the preacher at the job site by teaching and understanding the dangers of thinking contrary to the principle of tawheed.
