Strategic planning in the social sphere is a value-oriented and scientifically grounded process d... more Strategic planning in the social sphere is a value-oriented and scientifically grounded process designed to promote sustainable development, social equity, and institutional effectiveness. Unlike corporate strategic planning, which primarily focuses on competitiveness and profit maximization, planning in the social domain is fundamentally shaped by philosophical assumptions concerning justice, human dignity, solidarity, and collective responsibility. It seeks not only efficiency but also fairness and inclusiveness in the distribution of public resources and opportunities. The philosophical foundations of social strategic planning include humanism, which emphasizes the intrinsic worth and rights of individuals; pragmatism, which supports adaptive and outcome-oriented decision-making; systems theory, which views society as an interconnected and dynamic whole; and social constructivism, which highlights the role of shared meanings, cultural contexts, and stakeholder participation in shaping policy outcomes. These perspectives collectively frame the normative direction of strategic action. Methodologically, strategic planning in the social sphere relies on evidence-based policy-making, integrating empirical research, statistical analysis, and performance indicators into decision-making processes. Participatory governance ensures stakeholder engagement and democratic legitimacy, while systems analysis facilitates the identification of complex interdependencies among social institutions. Monitoring and evaluation frameworks further enable continuous assessment and improvement of strategies. Ultimately, effective social strategic planning emerges from the integration of ethical values with rigorous analytical tools, ensuring coherent, inclusive, and sustainable development policies...

It analyzes the changes occurring within the institution of the family in modern societies and their impact on socioeconomic and moral aspects. The essential role of the family environment in the socialization of children is emphasized; however, the article also highlights the deformation of family values and the influence of social crises on the family in recent times. Research indicates that the spread of social networks and technologies weakens family relationships and leads to conflicts. The decline in parental supervision exposes children to negative social influences. Among the main causes of family conflicts are socioeconomic problems, financial difficulties, misunderstandings in parent-child relationships, and an increase in divorce rates. Sociologists and educators argue that the institution of the family is undergoing a global crisis. The main reasons for changes within the family include urbanization, socioeconomic instability, and the spread of new family models. To preserve the value of the family, it is considered essential to strengthen social support mechanisms and improve intra-family communication. The study explores various aspects of problems occurring within the family. Issues such as family conflicts, increasing divorce rates, the influence of social networks, economic difficulties, and communication problems within the family contribute to the erosion of family values. Observations show that the preference for smaller family models in modern families negatively affects the socialization process of children. It is particularly noted that urban families tend to favor one-or two-child households, with reasons including economic conditions, housing issues, and parents' employment. The article offers several recommendations for the future development of the family. Measures such as enhancing intra-family communication, strengthening social support mechanisms, and expanding social programs targeted at families by the state are considered important. It is proposed to promote a culture of compromise and mutual understanding for resolving family conflicts and to increase psychological and pedagogical support. All these factors can contribute to the strengthening of the family institution and the maintenance of social stability in society.

Ensuring the proper physical, intellectual, moral, and aesthetic upbringing of children has consistently remained a relevant issue. However, there are times when certain gaps in the educational process result in the development of habits in children that are not welcomed by society. These are considered harmful habits. Addiction to alcohol, smoking, and substance use among adolescents are examples of such harmful habits. To prevent the emergence of such habits in children, families, schools, and society as a whole can employ a variety of methods. One of these methods is involving children in well-organized sports training and competitions. By engaging children in both team-based and individual sports activities, it is possible to prevent the development of harmful habits. However, it is equally important to conduct broad awareness campaigns about the dangers of smoking, alcohol, and drug use, alongside the benefits of sports. Timely and proper intervention against harmful habits is essential for a child to grow into a healthy and socially responsible individual.
