Focused on the different power grid gate of the wholesale, the thesis is going to construct an allocated cost model of the power transmission and distribution, and points out the fact reasonably and faithfully that how the utilization of the transformation of the electric energy resources was affected by the wholesale power business, therefore, it promotes the harmonious development of all levels of networks and forms the reasonable price mechanism of the power transmission and distribution and meanwhile the price mechanism of the wholesale power business.

This paper mainly research the key technologies of virtual reality system based on the panoramic view, including image acquisition, correction, splicing, fusion, re-projection panoramic images such as a set of system solutions. In this paper proposed rough match based Fourier transform and exact match based edge gradient- feature, which can mosaic the two matching images, to save calculation time and improve speed.

Both the DC and AC aspects of MOSFET models are covered. Due to the more stringent requirements, test procedures for both analog and digital applications have been proposed. Existing SPICE models are evaluated against these tests. In particular, BSIM3 and MOS9, the two mostly discussed candidates for the standard deep-submicron MOSFET model, are compared

A CMOS full-wave bridge rectifier is designed to generate an unregulated DC voltage. A low dropout (LDO) series voltage regulator converts the unregulated voltage to a stable and clean DC supply voltage. A self-biased wide range

By proposing a method of decomposing an MOS transistor operated in triode region into two MOS transistors operated in saturation region, the principle of TL loop was simplified and the graphical equivalent topology was extended. In addition, the topological method to identify TL loops involved in translinear cell was successfully extended to all types of TL loops especially to HTL loop.

It is applied to obtain the control signal I(d), which is used to adjust the heating power through operations of the silicon core temperature, furnace temperature, silicon core voltage, and resistance of the current control cycle. With the control signal I(d) the polycrystalline silicon can be heated from room temperature to the required temperature smoothly and steadily. The proposed BP network applied in this paper can obtain the accurate control signal I(d) and achieve the precise control purpose. This paper presents the principle of the BP network and demonstrates the effectiveness of the BP network in the heating system of a polysilicon reduction furnace by combining the simulation analysis with experimental results.

Three-Dimensional Inverse Transport Solver Based on Compressive Sensing Technique
Transport Theory and Statistical Physics, 2013

The linear absorption coefficients and interface locations of objects are reconstructed directly at the same time. It is always very expensive to obtain enough measurements. With limited measurements, compressive sensing sparse reconstruction technique orthogonal matching pursuit is applied to obtain the sparse coefficients by solving an optimization problem. A three-dimensional inverse transport solver is developed based on a compressive sensing-based technique. There are three features in this solver: (1) AutoCAD is employed as a geometry preprocessor due to its powerful capacity in graphic. (2) The forward projection matrix rather than Gauss matrix is constructed by the visualization tool generator. (3) Fourier transform and Daubechies wavelet transform are adopted to convert an underdetermined system to a well-posed system in the algorithm. Simulations are performed and numerical results in pseudo-sine absorption problem, two-cube problem and two-cylinder problem when using compressive sensing-based solver agree well with the reference value.
