Bapak- bapak yang berdomisili di RT. 001 dan RT.003, RW.001, Desa Klepek, Kecamatan Sokosewu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, yang dikelompokkan menjadi pengrajin krupuk rambak. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah menggunakan Focus Group Discusion (FGD), mencari informasi langsung dari Ketua Rt serta beberapa warga yang tergabung dalam kelompok pengrajin. Setelah mengumpulakan data dan informasi dari pengrajin selanjutnya kami menyiapkan alat dan bahan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang didahului dengan menggali potensi berwirausaha masyarakat dengan menuangkan ide melalui proposal bisnis plan kemudian membuat seuatu produk krupuk rambak.

These conditions indicate that patient loyalty is low, the low patient loyalty can occur due to patient dissatisfaction which is influenced by the marketing mix. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix, namely products, people, processes and physical evidence on customer value at the Kedungdoro Health Center.This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The study population was all patients in November as many as 1849 patients. The research sample was 178 patients and was taken by purposive sampling method. Data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression.The results of the research on hypothesis testing showed that the results of the t-test of the product, people, process and physical evidence variables partially had a significant positive effect on the customer value variable. In addition, the F test results show that all elements of the marketing mix (products, people, processes and physical evidence) simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer value. Elements of the marketing mix that need to be evaluated in order to increase patient loyalty are people and physical evidence.

Teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobabilitas digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui purposive sampling. Hasil uji t analisis regresi antara variabel Brand Image diperoleh nilai t hitung 5,106 > t tabel (0,05;150) 1,967 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Brand Image terhadap Customer Satisfaction konsumen Kopi Kapal Api Spesial Mix 2 in 1 di Surabaya. Hasil uji F analisis regresi nilai F hitung sebesar 75,665 dan nilai F tabel (3,76) sebesar 2,807 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara variabel Brand Image dan Product Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Hasil estimasi nilai Beta (Standardized Coefficient) analisis regresi paling besar terdapat pada variabel Product Quality dengan nilai sebesar 0,503 dan nilai r sebesar 0,537 serta hasil perhitungan r 2 sebesar 0,288. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product Quality memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Customer Satisfaction konsumen Kopi Kapal Api Spesial Mix 2 in 1 di Surabaya dengan kemampuan menjelaskan sebesar 28,8% dibandingkan variabel Brand Image yang hanya mampu menjelaskan sebesar 0,151 atau 15,1%.

Alfha -Beta method is one of the first discoveries in reducing the number of positions that must be searched so as to increase the depth level of the search that can be achieved in one game. The idea is in a large part of the tree we are not looking for values exact of a position, but only interested if it is better or worse than what we found before only the value of a position that fulfills the main conditions must be determined (the main provisions include the change between the player's best move and the opponent's best step from a root into a tree). Findings:The results showed that partially work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with the assumption that organizational commitment is considered constant. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that partially work ethic has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Then partially organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with the assumption that the work ethic variable is considered constant. Furthermore, a simultaneous test was carried out where the results of this study showed that work ethic and organizational commitment together had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of work ethic on employee performance.

The magnitude of this potential has a significant impact on large-scale exploitation to meet economic needs by not referring to environmental sustainability in a sustainable manner such as the presence of waste due to fisheries or community life activities on the coast. The purpose of this research is to study the analysis of international coastal cleanup (ICC) in the Pantai Amal Baru of Tarakan city. The main research results in the activities of the ICC on the Amal Baru beach found 3 different types of waste, namely the type of waste from seaweed cultivation at 608 kg with a percentage of 58.29%; types of waste from residents around the New charity beach by 405 kg with a percentage of 38.83%; the type of waste from nature is 30 kg with a percentage of 2.88%.

Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi. Metode analisis data berupa uji beda Paired Sample T-Test.. Hasil dalam program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air di embung Desa Bebatu, Kecamatan Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung Provinsi Kalimantan Utara jika ditinjau secara fisika memiliki nilai TSS 12,6 mg/L dengan standar baku mutu air 50 mg/L, nilai TDS 868 mg/L dengan standar baku mutu air 1000 mg/L sehingga memenuhi krtieria baku mutu air, artinya air Embung Desa Bebatu setelah di filtrasi termasuk layak untuk dikonsumsi.
