Lifestyle and self-esteem can cause consumer purchasing decisions. This study aimed to find the dependencies between lifestyle and self-esteem with the decision to purchase gadgets by Generation Z. The type of research was quantitative research with a judgmental sampling technique. The samples were 100 respondents who had purchased a gadget at least once. This study used questionnaires to collect data and processed the chi-square test by SPSS 2.5. The results showed that lifestyle and self-esteem had a positive dependency relationship on consumer purchasing decisions.

Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to a number of shoe factory employees in Indonesia, especially those working in the production division. The type of research used was quantitative research with purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 288 employees who had worked for at least one year. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between leader-member exchange with employee performance, job involvement with employee performance, and leader-member exchange with job involvement.

This research aims to analyze the influence on satisfaction to the leader, compensation and the work environment against the loyalties of PT. ISS employees in Surabaya. Type of this research is quantitative explanatory. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires which distributed to 150 respondents. Valid questionnaires are up to 95, by type of work, cleaning services and parking, while the rest of employees are not qualified. The Result of this research present that satisfaction to the leader, compensation and the working environment have a positive and significant effect in partially and simultaneously toward employees’ loyalty.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of internal resources that leads to bank competitiveness in Indonesia. To this end, this study adopts a resource - based view concept to identify the firm resources that influence bank competitiveness. A regression analysis is built on balanced panel data set comprising 30 observations of top 10 Indonesia commercial banks (key players) ranging from 2013 to 2015. All data were collected from secondary sources. The analysis reveals that capital adequacy ratio (CAR), branch network, and brand value are significantly related to bank competitiveness, which is measured by return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). There are many payment applications issued by banks and other parties. DANA is a startup that was officially introduced on March 21, 2018 as one of the digital payment services. This study aims to analyze quantitatively what factors influence consumers in using the DANA application when conducting transactions. To measure the developed model, a confirmatory factor analysis model will be used. The sampling technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire. The respondents are 100 who had used the DANA payment application. The obtained data were processed using the CFA factor analysis method (confirmatory analysis factor). The results show that there are three main factors that influence the choice of DANA payment applications including convenience, compatibility, and knowledge.

The sample used is the people in Surabaya as many as 265 with a random sampling method. Amos 21 is used to test the indirect effect by using bootstrap test. The result of the research shows that political marketing and political will have a significant influence to the success of gaining public leadership, political marketing and marketing will have no significant effect on performance, and public leadership has a significant effect on performance. For the indirect influence, political marketing and political will on individual performance are mediated by public leadership.

The aim is to contribute to the academic and business research, so knowing how to maximize employee job satisfaction. The analysis techniques used in this research is with the method of chi square and pearson correlation, both methods are used to determine the relati on ship between research variables occur. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive relationship is indi cated by the value of the coefficient contingency 0,520 for variables of spiritual lead ership and job satisfaction and the value of the coefficient contingency 0,550 for variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction. Variable spiritual lead er ship and organizational culture each have a strong relationship with job satis fac tion is evident from the r value of 0.524.

Penelitian difokuskan untuk pada perilaku organisasional dari 130 karyawan suatu industri keramik di Surabaya. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh siginifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Turnover Intentions karyawan. Selain itu, variabel bebas menujukkan arah negatif terhadap variabel terikat yang artinya bila Kepuasan Kerja atau Komitmen Organisasional naik akan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan Turnover Intentions, begitu pula sebaliknya.

This research goal is to observe the influences of salary and work motivation effect partially and simultaneously towards work performance, to observe the dominant variable between salary and work motivation towards performance, and observing another factor that influence the work performance of the employees in PT. Amita Bara Sejahtera. Data collecting used questionnaire with judgment sampling to 50 employees with some criteria. The result of analysis using multiple linier regression is that salary and work motivation are positively influenced the performance of employee in both partially and simultaneously.

Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Motivation can be used to build employee loyalty and stability. This study has three goals, first is to know how PT. Palma Abadi Sentosa in Palangka Raya motivates its employees especially marketing employees, second is to know the loyalty of marketing division employees, and third is to know the influence of motivating factors such as existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs, both simultaneously and partially to the employee loyalty. Types of research used in this study is descriptive and explanatory. Population and sample in this study is 105 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that PT. Palma Abadi Sentosa in Palangka Raya motivates its marketing employees with the fulfillment of the needs for existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs. The marketing employees have loyalty to the company. Based on the results proving the hypothesis known that there is influence between motivating factors both simultaneously and partially to employee loyalty.
