𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐎𝐍: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧 🛰️ For years, satellites have waited for the ground to tell them where they are and where to go. Not anymore. Meet #EON, our onboard autonomous #Navigation, #Guidance and #CollisionAvoidance flight unit. One box. Three functions. EON autonomously determines: 📍 where the satellite is 🎯 plans where it goes 🛡️ keeps it clear of collisions Navigation, Guidance and Collision Avoidance in a single onboard unit. Drop-in, not redesign. EON replaces your #GNSS receiver. ✅ No onboard software to rewrite. ✅ No extra resources to allocate. ✅ No additional load on your OBC. You don't change how you build your satellite. We change what it can do. Autonomous GNC isn't a weekend project. It's one of the hardest challenges in spaceflight. We've spent years pioneering autonomous onboard navigation through research, real flight operations, and countless lessons learned. That's exactly what EON is built on. So fasten your seatbelts and relax. 🚀 The age of self-driving satellites has just begun.

⚠️𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁? 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🚀 During the Clean Space Days 2026 at ESA/ESTEC, Virginia Angelini showcased our autonomous onboard collision avoidance system, designed to make real-time decisions in orbit and reduce the workload on ground teams. Our solution moves the critical decision-making process #onboard, enabling satellites to react when it matters most: it is capable of optical observation and tracking of surrounding objects (both cooperative and non-cooperative), performs real-time collision risk assessment directly onboard, and supports timely collision avoidance actions, minimizing reliance on ground intervention 📡 What this means for operators: • Autonomous awareness of the surrounding environment • Autonomous decision-making • Autonomous collision avoidance • Fewer alerts to manage and reduced pressure on ground operations Interested in learning how this technology could support your mission? Get in touch and let’s explore the possibilities 🤝

🚀 Autonomous Planetary Landings Beyond Terrain Relative Navigation Last week at #ISSFD2026, we presented our latest results from the #ARES project, showcasing an innovative 𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 for planetary exploration missions. During his presentation, Edoardo Scarpa showcased how ARES enables 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦-𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 without Terrain Relative Navigation (TRN), by combining: 📡 Radiometric inter-satellite link measurements 🧭 Inertial navigation 📍 Radar altimetry The concept was assessed in two different mission scenarios: the Enceladus L4 mission and a Mars Entry, Descent and Landing case, achieving touchdown position uncertainties well within the 1–5 km target range in both cases. These results highlight a promising navigation architecture capable of enabling precise and resource-efficient landings across a variety of planetary exploration missions. At Nautilus, we are developing 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐆𝐍𝐂 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 to support the next generation of space missions, bringing advanced autonomy from Earth orbit to planetary exploration and helping make these capabilities increasingly accessible across the space sector. A big thank you to the Centre National d'Études Spatiales for the opportunity to share and discuss our work!
