The Summer of Taste Genius. Our creations are born from craftsmanship, quality, and the values that have defined Venchi since 1878. We are proud to announce the launch of the TASTE GENIUS campaign, which celebrates our commitment to exceptional ingredients and Italian artistry, turning every gelato creation into an expression of our craft. To bring this vision to life, we collaborated with photographer Chelsea Kyle. Every cone was treated as a work of art: crafted, styled, and photographed with precision and intention. This summer, each gelato takes center stage as a celebration of taste, creativity, and craftsmanship.

At Venchi, sharing our journey means opening a dialogue with the next generation of talent, exchanging ideas, perspectives and ambitions. We were proud to take part in the latest “Meet the HR” session with the Collegio di Milano, an international, merit-based community that brings together outstanding students from all seven universities in Milan. During the session, Diana Daverio, Venchi HR Manager, and Giorgia Mauri, Venchi Jr Talent Specialist, explored Venchi’s evolution and what it means today to carry forward the excellence of Italian chocolate and gelato on a global scale. We also focused on the people dimension of our business, from onboarding experiences to early career paths, and the development programs designed to support young talents as they grow with us. A dedicated look at the retail world, with its unique dynamics and challenges, sparked an open and engaging discussion, enriched by questions, insights and shared experiences. Venchi enters a new phase of expansion in Japan   We are delighted to announce a long-term strategic investment plan to strengthen our presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets: Japan. Since opening our first Chocogelateria in Ginza in 2019, we have grown to 11 stores across Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, earning the loyalty of an expanding customer base. Today, with an enhanced joint venture structure alongside Mitsui & Co., Ltd., we are embarking on a new chapter: - Several new store openings planned within the next 7 years - Renovation of our Ginza flagship in June 2026 - Strengthened governance with Venchi S.p.A. taking the lead in Venchi Japan   This ambitious roadmap will be guided by Frederic Gedda, newly appointed CEO of Venchi Japan, bringing extensive experience in premium retail to align with our long-term growth ambitions. In March, our company successfully completed the audit for the renewal of the Rainforest Alliance certification with CSQA Certificazioni, which we have held since 2023 for our cocoa supply chain. The Rainforest Alliance certification is an international sustainability program that promotes and verifies responsible agricultural and sourcing practices, with the goal of creating a balanced impact on: ⚈ environmental and biodiversity protection ⚈ human rights and fair working conditions ⚈ economic sustainability of supply chains ⚈ product traceability throughout the entire supply chain Renewing this certification confirms our ongoing commitment to producing responsibly and to contributing actively to a supply chain that respects both the environment and people. You Make It Happen: EMEA Store Manager Conference 2026 More than 60 Store Managers from across Europe gathered in mid-April for the Venchi EMEA Store Manager Conference, set against the extraordinary backdrop of Pompeii, Naples. Two days dedicated to learning, sharing, and shaping the future: exploring what’s next for our stores, exchanging ideas, and reinforcing a common ambition to keep raising the bar of excellence and embody the true soul of Italian chocolate. One message stood out loud and clear: You make it happen. Our Store Managers are more than performance leaders: they bring Venchi’s culture to life every day, guided by the values of Taste, Truth, Ingenuity, and Togetherness. Among the most inspiring moments was the keynote by renowned former volleyball champion Maurizia Cacciatori, who shared powerful reflections on leadership, resilience, and teamwork - qualities deeply connected to the Store Manager role.
