Interlingual translation has emerged as a prominent area of research amongst the natural language processing community over the years. In this paper, some specialized linguistic constructs and structures that are obstacles to interlingual translation are investigated. Often, these stand as obstacles because the object language of interest in translation often lacks equivalent linguistic constructs and structures to what a source language for interlingual translation may have. In this paper, we present some of such specialized linguistic constructs which are atypical of traditional usage in terms of semantics or syntax and are left unadressed by the NLP community. Identifying these is a crucial step forward to addressing how to handle the machine translation problems. We take each of these and explain why and how they require a special treatment in machine translation. We believe that the obstacles presented here are incomplete and a part of a much bigger set of obstacles which remains undiscovered. We conclude that due to the context-sensitive nature of the usage of the language, it is not possible to develop a translator for the entire universe of discourse of the usages of a language.

Multi-Agent System's (MAS) are characterized by autonomous and collaborative behaviors. Developing such systems is a complex process. As a result, a methodology for developing MAS is highly necessary. In this paper, a methodology using roles and ontology for such a purpose is presented. The functionality of roles is estimated in the various phases of the MAS development. It is based on an emphasis on the properties and behaviors associated with each agent in MAS.

The foremost way of using information around the globe is through internet. Visual presentations are focused by web and apps designers to utterly aid users to understand, and navigate with the content. The work presents that by perceptive users' behaviour, visual perceptions of Web page intricacy, the necessary cognitive effort for interaction can be understood. This challenge can be met by the extension of the present model-based methods for UI (User Interface) design, with the method required for the design of adaptive capacities in different phases of development for the proposed UI. These expansions can be incorporated in AB-EUIDE (Agent-Based Ergonomic User Interface Development Environment). This method lets the generation of UI able to adapt to diverse situations that can occur during the process of interaction. The method is shored up by a solution based on MAS (Multi-Agent System) that permits the user to offer adaptive capabilities designed using the proposed method of AB-EUIDE. The work presented in this paper is part of the larger work on AB-EUIDE. In this paper the author had proposed various phases involved in the development cycle of AB-EUIDE and presented the requirement phase.

The article deals with the ergonomic design of intelligent user interfaces. The present state of the problem area, the criteria of quality and efficiency of software, developed. The author proposed new methods of evaluating the effectiveness and productivity of the information the user interface, and explores the user interface design.

The World Wide Web (Web) has become the major means of use of information by individuals in the world. Visual presentations are focused by web page designers to implicitly help users understand, interact, and navigate with the content. The constant and rapid advancement of technology introduced new ways to present information which leads to visually complex Web pages. Identifying the areas that are complex for users will have direct benefits for users (impaired also). The work presents that by understanding users' behavior visual perception of Web page complexity the cognitive effort required for interaction with that page can be understood. This is an important contribution to the Web accessibility area because by using visual complexity, an identifiable measure, as an implicit marker of cognitive load, an easy to interact web pages can be designed with.
