🚨 9fin just let more than half its employees cash out part of their equity. Here's what happened: The London-based debt intelligence platform ran its first employee secondary share sale, following a $170M Series C at a $1.3B valuation 🦄 Employee secondaries are becoming standard in late-stage rounds. Companies stay private longer, so this is how early staff turn paper gains into real money before an exit. And running one at $1.3B tells you investors are happy to buy in at that price.
