Flow Traders participated in the initial limited production trades of the The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Tokenization Service, executing both tokenized ETF trades and tokenized U.S. Treasury trades. The DTCC Tokenization Service brings tokenized assets into established market infrastructure, designed to enable faster settlement, improved capital efficiency, and interoperability between traditional financial systems and digital markets. As a liquidity provider in ETFs for over 20 years, we understand how shifts in market structure evolve and believe the convergence of traditional and digital asset markets represents an important development. Marc Jansen, our Co-Chief Trading Officer, said: "The DTCC Tokenization Service has facilitated its first production trades, an important milestone in the evolution of capital markets. We have been saying tokenization is the new ETP moment and trades like this prove it. Flow Traders was there, executing trades in tokenized ETFs from some of the world's largest asset managers. This reflects a long-term strategy and where we see continued opportunity." Working alongside partners Talos, Tradeweb, and Marex, this initiative brought together a cross-section of traditional financial institutions and digital assets market participants, reflecting how the underlying infrastructure of capital markets continues to evolve.

Last month, Joseph Yin, our Institutional Trader, joined the 2026 Asian ETF & Indexing Investment Insights Forum in Shanghai. Last week, the Flow Traders Foundation hosted the annual Financial Poker Tournament, bringing together the financial community in Amsterdam to raise funds for a meaningful cause. Over 100 people from more than 10 financial organizations came together for an evening filled with poker competition, connection and fun. Thank you to every participant, supporter, and partner who made this edition a great success. Congratulations to Da Vinci for taking home the trophy this year! Today, Flow Traders hosted its AGM and all our proposed resolutions were approved. Shareholders re-elected Mr. Delfin Rueda Arroyo as member of the Board as Non-Executive Director and Mr. Paul Hilgers as member of the Board as Non-Executive Director. Their re-elections will be effective immediately for a period of four years, until the end of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2030. Rudolf W.
