It was a pleasure welcoming college students from The TEAK Fellowship's TEAK Tech Ventures Program to our NYC office for a day of learning, conversation and connection. The newly launched TEAK Tech Ventures Internship Program introduces TEAK College Fellows to startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship through hands-on learning, company visits, guest speakers and experiential activities. From witnessing the Nasdaq Opening Bell ceremony, to engaging with Tradeweb experts, students explored how technology is transforming global financial markets, discussed the growing role of AI in financial services, and gained valuable insight into careers in fintech. We hope the experience offered a behind-the-scenes look at our industry and inspired the next generation of innovators. Thank you to The TEAK Fellowship students, Nasdaq and everyone at Tradeweb, especially Ashley N. Serrao, CMA, CFA, who helped make the day such a success!
