With the Helia Atline Lactoferrin Analyzer, it is possible to identify and selectively direct high-LF milk toward LF extraction. The figure below illustrates this principle. By implementing LF-based milk selection, the average LF concentration in the processed milk increases significantly: – LF measurements of milk tanks result in up to 𝟳% 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗙 in the selected milk – LF measurements of milk trucks result in up to 𝟮𝟳% 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗙 in the selected milk We will be happy to speak with you about the opportunities of LF-selective milk processing and how it can be implemented in your manufacturing! #Bioprocessing, #BioprocessControl, #ProcessAnalyticalTechnology, #RealTimeAnalytics, #RealTimeMonitoring, #ProcessMonitoring, #InProcessMonitoring, #BioprocessInnovation, #Lactoferrin, #ProteinProduction, #AtlineAnalyzer, #ProcessAnalyzer, #AnalyticalPerformance
