Celebrating a Global Week of Impact Through RGF Connect we are building bridges and breaking barriers for people who are experiencing barriers in the labor market. Last week, during the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026, colleagues across 10 countries and 4 continents once again turned our purpose into action. Through 183 local initiatives such as skills-boost workshops, resume and interview coaching, work-readiness training and job-matching events, our teams helped create pathways to meaningful employment for approximately 2,450 participants who are facing barriers to work. In total, 49 clients and 185 partners were engaged in these projects. This wrap-up video, filled with moments from around the world simply says it all. Together with our clients and partners, we supported seniors, people with disabilities, migrants and women, young adults and other groups who are experiencing barriers in the labor market. As part of the RGF Staffing Connect Global Week of Impact 2026 (8 - 12 June), we just hosted a Women’s Lean In Circle on Building Bridges – Supporting Women in STEM.   This 90-minute virtual session created a safe, inclusive space for women across Aurion to connect, share their experiences, and talk openly about the barriers that can show up at different stages of a STEM career, from getting started to progressing and growing.   Together, we explored what really helps open up pathways to opportunity, belonging, and development. Conversations highlighted the value of sponsorship, building confidence, strong support networks, and the need for meaningful, lasting change at a structural level.   By turning these shared insights into action, we’re continuing to take steps towards a more inclusive future for women in STEM.   #WomenInSTEM #LeanInCircle #GlobalWeekOfImpact #GWOI

Connecting our purpose to practice    Yesterday, colleagues from RGF Staffing Headquarters joined forces with RGF Staffing NL for a Skills Boost event as part of the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026. Together with USG Professionals, USG Restart and Unique Senior, we provided practical, hands‑on guidance to around 70 participants, including seniors, people with a disability and individuals who have been unemployed long term and face barriers to work.    In a marketplace‑style setting, participants moved between stations to improve their CV, practice interview questions, build confidence, sharpen their professional presentation and explore concrete job and training opportunities. Many left with stronger tools, new connections and a clearer path towards employment.    The feedback said it all. As participant Anita shared: “It was an inspiring event. It showed me that growth always comes with obstacles, awareness and making choices. Everyone has such a unique mix of challenges, backgrounds and talents, and yet we are also very similar in our search for meaning and direction. Discovering untapped talent starts with curiosity. Through RGF Connect, RGF Staffing France - Start People France reaches people who are often out of sight: candidates with potential, but without access to the right networks or the right people. Aniya Gabes was one of them. After years in HR, she joined last year’s Global Week of Impact and eventually found her place in the IT team at RGF Staffing France. “Your experience matters, but it is not the only thing that counts. Attend events and ask questions. You may discover an opportunity you never expected,” Aniya says. During this year’s Global Week of Impact, RGF Staffing France is opening its doors again, hosting job speed‑dating sessions and open days.
