Project Manager – Bralux Travel (Amsterdam)

Bralux Travel is a highly professional Destination Management Company based in Amsterdam, covering the entire Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg). With a strong and growing market share in Scandinavia and Finland, we design and deliver high‑quality meetings, incentives, conferences, and group experiences for corporate clients and travel partners.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our international team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Bralux Travel, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering tailor‑made travel programs and events across the Benelux area. You will manage client communication, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure smooth execution of programs from concept to completion.

This is a hands‑on role in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MICE and leisure group projects from initial request to final execution
• Design customized programs and proposals for travel industry clients
• Negotiate rates and conditions with hotels, venues, and local suppliers
• Maintain strong, service‑oriented relationships with clients and partners
• Oversee on‑site operations when required
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Bralux Travel’s high quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry, travel sector, or a Destination Management Company (DMC)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven, and capable of handling multiple projects
• Fluent English is required
• Speaking Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is a strong advantage, but candidates of any nationality with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Living in (or willing to relocate to) the Amsterdam area
