Ms. Harmon, Co-Founder and CEO of Artemis Real Estate Partners, is

an industry leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of

experience in real estate. Ms. Harmon, along with Penny Pritzker, co-

founded Artemis Real Estate Partners in 2009. She has oversight

responsibility for the firm, establishing and managing the firm’s strategic

direction.

Prior to co-founding Artemis, Ms. Harmon spent 17 years establishing

and leading the principal investing business at J.E. Robert Companies,

Inc., a global real estate investment firm where she was President and

Chief Investment Officer from 1997 until her departure in 2007.

Ms. Harmon currently serves as Chairperson of the Pension Real Estate

Association Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of Urban

Alliance, a key leader and former trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and

a member of the Advisory Boards of Jasper Ridge Charitable Fund and

the BlackIvy Group. She also serves on the Advisory Council for the NYU

Stern Center for Business and Human Rights and as a member of the

Council on Foreign Relations.

Ms. Harmon was previously appointed by President Obama to serve as a

Commissioner for the White House Fellows program and was a member

of the Board of Directors for Forest City Enterprises [NYSE: FCE] and

Avis Group Holdings [NYSE: AVI]. She previously served on the Board of

the Pension Real Estate Association and on the Board and Executive

Committee of Women for Women International.

Ms. Harmon previously served on the Advisory Board for the Johns

Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and the Boards of

Trustees for The Sidwell Friends School, The National Cathedral

Elementary School, and The National Children’s Research Center in

Washington, D.C.

Ms. Harmon was recognized in 2020 by Barron’s on its inaugural list of

the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance, and was recognized by

EY as an Entrepreneur of the Year® 2019 Mid-Atlantic Award winner and

National Finalist. She was included in Real Estate Forum’s Women of

Influence Hall of Fame in 2018.

Ms. Harmon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins

University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton

School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Marcella Barrière

Ms. Barrière has a diverse real estate background in development, construction, design, finance and sustainability initiatives across multiple asset classes and industries and believes our built environment has a direct impact on our happiness, creativity and productivity.

Ms. Barrière holds a B.A., Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a M.S., Real Estate Development from MIT. She is a LEED AP and anticipates completing the Masters Certificate in Sustainable Design at Boston Architectural College in 2020.

In her current role as a Project Executive at Google, she creates business-driven, client-centered, innovative workplace design in tandem with complex short- to long-term real estate strategies. To successfully execute both the strategy and design, she leads a vertically integrated team of designers, project managers, brokers and transaction specialists on local and international real estate projects.

Ms. Barrière is quick to say that all of this is in service to her commitment to spread the message that no matter where we come from, our circumstances, what's happened to us or around us... these things don't determine our ability to create the lives we envision for ourselves.

London Kemp

Director Global Portfolio Strategy & Transactions

London Kemp is the Director of Global Portfolio Strategy & Transactions for the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team at Amazon, Inc. She is responsible for leading global portfolio strategy, transaction management, project management, and vendor team management for Amazon’s Global portfolio across business lines, including Amazon Studios. Prior to joining Amazon, she previously worked at Netflix, initially as Director of Studio Real Estate & Facilities going on to become the Director of Corporate Real Estate consolidating production and corporate real estate globally. Other prior roles include Director of Americas Transactions at NBC, Global Head of Real Estate at Ingram Micro and Realty Management at Walmart.

Her core areas of expertise include strategy, transactions, operations, M&A, and development. London has over 15 years of experience in real estate. She has managed over $8 billion in assets and negotiated contracts in excess of $2 billion.

Mitchell Rudin

Chairman & CEO

Savills North America

Mitch joined Savills North America as President in 2019 and was appointed

Chairman and CEO July 2020, bringing more than 30 years of outstanding

leadership in the commercial real estate industry. Notwithstanding the market

and pandemic related challenges during his tenure as CEO, Savills has

expanded its capabilities through a series of strategic hires, acquisitions and

partnerships while increasing its headcount.

Mitch has served in a CEO capacity at three major real estate firms over his

distinguished career. Before Savills, he held successful tenures as CEO at

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, CEO and President of US Commercial Operations

at Brookfield Office Properties, and CEO and President of CBRE’s NY Tri-State

Region. In each capacity, he enhanced operations, grew services and increased

revenues and profits. Mitch has one of the longest commitments to diversity,

equity and inclusion (DEI) in the real estate industry. He has built diverse

leadership teams, facilitated or served as executive sponsor for several women’s

networks, and co-founded CBRE’s African American Network Group, which

established the Mitchell E. Rudin Diversity Award in his honor.

As a long-time advocate and leader in the space, Mitch made DEI a top priority

at Savills. Since being appointed to his role, he has emphasized recruiting,

retaining and advancing multicultural talent, and doubled down on the firm’s

commitment to foster an increasingly diverse workforce through programming,

training, communications, partnerships, philanthropy, and service in the

communities Savills operates.

AWARDS, ACHIEVEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Mitch is a member of the NYC Police Foundation executive committee, Bank of

America New York Private Wealth Management Advisory Committee and

Governor of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a national council member of

the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), where he served as NY

Real Estate Chair for two years. In addition, Mitch serves on the board for NYU

Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Police Athletic League and St. Francis

Friends of the Poor. He has been awarded Person of the Year honors from 10

organizations, including Mt. Vernon Boys & Girls Club, AHRC New York City,

Police Athletic League, and, most recently, Israel Bonds. Mitch was a Phi Beta

Kappa graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, received his J.D. at Boston

College Law School, and attended executive leadership programs at both

Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.

Nadir is a managing director and is responsible for all aspects of New

York office real estate investments.

Nadir’s experience includes various positions from asset management,

acquisitions, and product development. Prior to joining Nuveen Real

Estate in 2012, Nadir was involved in both asset management and

acquisitions roles at Silverstein Properties and RLJ development Urban

Lodging Trust (formally RLJ Development LLC).

Nadir graduated with a B.A in Business Administration from St. John’s

University, an M.B.A. from Villanova School of Business and an M.S. in

Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Christina Scarlato

Principal, Portfolio Management Real Assets

World Bank Pension Fund

Christina Scarlato is a principal portfolio manager for real asset investments at the World Bank

Pension Fund. She is responsible for strategic planning, monitoring existing managers and

evaluating prospective managers across real assets both domestically and abroad. She has

worked with the World Bank Pension Fund since 2007, and previously worked for several years

in various departments across the Treasury Department of the World Bank. Christina was past

Chairman of the Pension Real Association Board, where she still serves on the Board. Christina

received a BA in mathematics and Spanish from Seton Hall University and an MBA from

George Washington University.

Nathalie Palladitcheff

Nathalie Palladitcheff is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of the company’s global strategy and for supervising the alignment of its investment and corporate activities. She leads the strategic planning process, ensuring that portfolio development is achieved in an optimal and balanced way according to asset allocation and the risk-return ratio. She is also responsible for specialized research activities and she guides the business units concerning the identification of investment opportunities in various sectors, geographies and products.

Ms. Palladitcheff also manages all activities related to Finance in the Company: Corporate Accounting, Operational Accounting, Treasury, Financing, Property Valuation and Taxation. She leads the Human Resources, Legal Affairs and Information Technologies teams, and is responsible for the implementation of the best practices and technological trends to meet business needs and maintain Ivanhoe Cambridge’s leadership in the field.

Nathalie Palladitcheff began her career with Coopers & Lybrand Audit (1991 to 1997), before joining Banque Française commerciale de l’Océan Indien (1997 to 2000) as Director of Financial Affairs and Management Audits. She then served as Deputy Managing Director of Société Foncière Lyonnaise de Paris (2000). In 2006 and 2007, she was Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, which is principally engaged in the acquisition, management and rental of residential properties in the Ile-de-France region.

Ms. Palladitcheff joined Icade in 2007 as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology. In 2010, she also assumed responsibility for the Property Services division (Facility, Property Management and Council). In February 2015, she was appointed Acting CEO of Icade. She joined Ivanhoé Cambridge, in August 2015, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Palladitcheff was a Director of various Companies such as Silic, Qualium Investments, Crédit agricole CIB and Gecina, and presently sits on the Board of Directors of Spie, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Canada, the Fondation CHU Sainte-Justine as well as Otéra Capital.

Ms. Palladitcheff is a graduate of École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (ESC Dijon) and holds a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF) and a Diplôme d’Études Financières et Comptables (DECF). In 2012, she received France’s insignia of Chevalier of the Ordre national du mérite (Knight of the National Order of Merit).

Beth Zayicek

Beth A. Zayicek. Ms. Zayicek has served as our Chief Operating Officer and as one of our directors since January 2019. Ms. Zayicek has served Invesco Real Estate since 2008 and currently is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Invesco Private Markets. She is a member of Invesco Real Estate’s Global Executive Committee and Asia Investment Committee. Ms. Zayicek previously served as Invesco Real Estate’s Chief Administrative Officer from 2016 to 2018 and senior director of investment analytics from 2013 to 2016. She has also served on Invesco Real Estate’s portfolio management and acquisition teams and as a member of its North American Investment Committee. Ms. Zayicek has served as a director of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. since February 2021. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Ms. Zayicek served as a member of the corporate and investment banking analyst program and real estate private equity group at KeyBank. Ms. Zayicek also previously served as the director of capital markets at DDR Corp. Ms. Zayicek earned a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Zayicek is a valuable member of our board of directors because of her management experience, investment expertise and history with Invesco Real Estate.

Risa Lavine

Risa Lavine serves as CohnReznick’s Chief of Staff and as a member of the Executive Board. Her expertise

includes leadership development, workforce planning, strategic recruitment and innovative, people-centric

practices and thought leadership.

Risa is directly responsible for the implementation of all national human resources initiatives and directives,

advising senior management and the operating committee on all matters of importance to CohnReznick’s

strategic needs with respect to human capital. She is also responsible for internal and external Web and video

content, as well as communication relating to all employment and retention, driving innovation such as next-

generation initiatives, and Firm-wide human resources policies and procedures.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Risa was a member of Communications Satellite Corp. and INTELSAT, an

international telecommunications firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.
