A sweet day spent together 🍬☀️ Last weekend, HARIBO Nordics had the pleasure of welcoming employees and their families for a Family Day in Faxe. From fun activities for both children and adults to cold drinks, food, coffee, ice cream, and plenty of sweets, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, it was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together and create memories with colleagues and loved ones. Like a star from a clear sky, the Danish HARIBO sales team was out across the entire country for this year’s Summer Raid! ⭐🚗 The day marked the kick-off of our HARIBO Stjerne Mix summer activation – and you could both feel and see the impact. Great EXPOS, happy customers, and lots of positive energy were present from start to finish.🙌 We had competitions running throughout the day, enjoyed great moments together, and shared valuable experiences across the team – exactly what strong collaboration is all about.   At the end of the day, we all gathered for refreshments in the sunshine on the hotel terrace, enjoyed delicious food from the grill, and – true to tradition – celebrated the well-deserved winning team with the most points of the day.   A day full of energy, team spirit, and pride in being part of the amazing HARIBO sales team. Yesterday we held a farewell reception for three valued colleagues, Helge Lynge Larsen, Annette Schartau, and Robert Andresen from HARIBO Produktion, who together represent more than 100 years of dedicated service as they are soon heading into well-deserved retirement. ❤️   Anne Lykke Sandris describes Helge, who has spent 32 years at HARIBO, as a person with exceptional people skills and strong integrity — someone who is always trusted to do the right thing, often summed up as “just do it like Helge.” He began his career in Finance, where his strong focus on detail, structure, and numbers quickly stood out. However, it wasn’t long before he moved into HR, where his deep understanding of people truly came into play. Over the years, he has become a trusted colleague whom others naturally turn to for guidance and sound judgement — a real asset to the organization.   Tiemen Boerma highlights Annette Schartau for her positive energy, reliability, and strong drive to improve things. With 29 years at HARIBO, she has taken on several roles — from packaging to production and most recently in the liquorice department — always ready for new challenges and consistently delivering results. Tiemen describes her as someone with a strong drive and an openness to being challenged, and as a person who can be fully trusted. Tasks are completed when asked — or even before — and she delivers consistently and reliably. Tiemen expresses great appreciation for the long-standing collaboration over the years.   Tiemen Boerma describes Robert Andresen as a highly dedicated employee with a strong sense of order and 41 years of continuous hard work. Known for bringing structure and consistency to a dynamic production environment in his role as a Warehouse Specialist, he has made a lasting contribution to HARIBO. He is a person with a strong sense of responsibility — “we must not let production stop.” Tiemen highlights Roberts’ deep loyalty to both the company and his work, going above and beyond what could ever be expected of an employee.   We thank Helge, Annette, and Robert for their commitment, professionalism, and many years of valuable contribution to HARIBO.
