
Liang Deng
Deng began studying piano at the age of five. He graduated from the Affiliated High School of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, China, and later pursued his education at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, where he earned his BMus, BMus Hons, MMus and DMA. His work focuses on Piano Performance/Teaching, Music Aesthetics, and the study of Political Music. Currently, Deng serves as an Associate Professor of Music at Southwest Minzu University and has been invited to act as an External Peer Reviewer (Written/Postal Evaluation) for the "Yangtze River Scholars Award Program" under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
