I hold Doctorate Degree in 'Anthropology' from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad-Pakistan. Besides, I hold three Master Degrees. I firstly did Masters degree in 'Anthropology' from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan and secondly, Masters' Degree in 'Political Science' and thirdly, Masters' Degree in 'International Relations' from the University of Sargodha, Pakistan
I have polished my academic & professional skills both from Pakistan and abroad. I have worked with several organizations in different capacities ranging from research, training, project planning & management and extensive field operations.
I also assisted Government of Pakistan, Save the Children, Norway & UNICEF in the preparation of three out of four Country Periodic Reports on United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) as National Consultant. I have headed a UNICEF funded- National Project on first ever launched ‘Child Protection Management Information System’ (CPMIS) launched by Government of Pakistan after the observations of UN-Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva as "First National Project Manager".
I also worked with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) of Government of United Kingdom and British High Commission in Islamabad in Pakistan on a Thematic Project aimed at creating awareness and opening a public debate about the Aftermaths of "Forced Marriages" faced by Dual National Pakistanis as "National Project Coordinator". The project was launched in 11 cities of Pakistan with high ratio of Dual Nationals.
I am regularly published Author of various Research Papers in HEC recognized Research Journals as well as in World reputed International Research Journals. Currently, I am working on completing my Book that focuses on the issues of "Revitalization of Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Sustainable Rural Development in the Punjab".

age. It also concludes that the youth is disappointed with the political leadership to a significant degree and consider them part of the problems and not part of the solution to the challenges Pakistan is facing today. On a positive note the end line survey reflects the positive impact of the project that youth who underwent the trainings learned about the significance of good leadership and how to help create and promote good leadership.

preference of the community and their views towards the panchayat system as a judicial body. The study locale was
district Lodhran‟s village “1-Chak”, the sample size was 153 selected through random sampling. The results reflected
that the community was exceptionally dependent upon the „panchayat and biradari system‟ for resolving their issues,
and it worked as a fundamental justice providing body. The preference for panchayat system was affirmed to be for
