Beer demand is falling across much of the world — but Guinness is bucking that trend. While Ireland and Britain are still its biggest markets, it's also the most-sold draft beer in New York and Boston. With Gráinne Wafer at the helm, the brand just opened a new brewery in Ireland’s County Kildare, with a second facility on the way. Will it be enough to meet the raging year-round demand? This #WorldEnvironmentDay, we're highlighting how long-term investment and local partnerships can help build water resilience in the communities where we operate.   In fiscal year 2025, Diageo Mexico replenished more than double the volume of water used in our tequila operations in Jalisco - an important milestone that reflects our commitment to protecting one of our most vital shared resources.   Since 2023, Tequila Don Julio and Diageo Mexico have invested more than 100 million pesos in water stewardship projects across Jalisco, helping improve water access, support agriculture and strengthen long-term resilience for local communities and ecosystems.   This achievement reflects the collective efforts of our communities, partners and teams, and demonstrates what can be achieved when we combine local action with long-term commitment. https://lnkd.in/ea8wA7-T   #WorldEnvironmentDay #WaterStewardship #Sustainability

Diageo's Archive has received the Archive Service Accreditation, the UK standard for archive services. We are pleased to be the first drinks company to attain this status, and it is a testament to the team's work in Scotland over the last 35 years. Take a look inside our liquid library - home to more than 4,000 bottles of spirits. Hidden away in Scotland, the Diageo Archive is the home of our brands' rich heritages. It is one of the largest collections in the drinks industry, preserving materials from the 18th century to the present day. As well as being a space to delve into the past, the archives continue to inspire our marketing, innovation and packaging designs across our brands. In this behind-the-scenes tour, archivist Alia Campbell shares her favourite discoveries, including an extraordinary Buchanan blend bottle dating back to 1884. We have also updated our 360 Virtual Tour on our website that allows users to explore decades of history with the click of a button, and dive into the rich stories of Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Tanqueray and others. https://lnkd.in/eWFVwrRB Drink responsibly. As an official supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ we're creating powerful opportunities for our brands to connect with fans through culture, creativity and community. The same host country, the same stage: In Colombia, Buchanan’s is showcasing the importance of second chances and how football can bring communities together. Its campaign is centered on healing, unity and national pride, after the tragic assassination of a national football player 32 years ago. As part of this campaign, Colombians have come together to answer the letter the player once wrote asking his country for forgiveness, after scoring an own goal in the 1994 FIFA World Cup. Over 50,000 messages from across the country have been transformed into a 50-metre flag bearing the number 2: the jersey number, and a symbol of embracing second chances. Drink responsibly.
