Health Education for Schools

Health Education for Schools is a service provider of health related education offering PSHE lessons to pupils, INSET and CPD to all school staff and in house consultancy on all health related school matters. The service is offered to all educational settings and aims to collaborate with Schools to promote health within the school community. A wide range of health topics are taught by an experienced School Nurse across all key stages. Training is offered to all School staff in medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, allergy and anaphylaxis. Children and young people in the UK are facing significant health issues which can affect their ability to learn and thrive. Many of these issues are a direct result of poor lifestyle choices. Schools play an important role in the promotion of physical and mental health and well-being, PSHE is at the centre of this Health Education for Schools can can support your pupils and school with reliable, relevant evidence based information to inspire, inform and motivate your pupils to take responsibility for their own health.
