We've published our Q2 2026 results. Highlights include: ● Commercial momentum: VodafoneZiggo delivered its best consumer broadband performance in six years, while Belgium and Ireland recorded strong broadband and mobile results and the UK improved year over year. We’re also confirming our full-year 2026 guidance. ● Benelux value-unlock: Our acquisition of Vodafone's 50% stake in VodafoneZiggo is set to close on 31 July, and we also secured regulatory approval for our fiber-sharing agreement in Belgium, enabling the full separation of the Telenet and Wyre capital structures. Together, these milestones represent significant advancement of our value unlock strategy and keep us firmly on track to spin off the Ziggo Group in mid-2027. ● Capital allocation: We have generated $1.2bn through asset monetization and financing initiatives YTD, including $900m from Liberty Growth asset disposals, increasing our year-end corporate cash forecast to $2bn. Mike Fries, CEO said: “We saw strong momentum this quarter, with improving operational performance, significant progress toward Ziggo Group and continued success monetizing assets across our portfolio. These results reflect the progress we're making as we continue to unlock value for shareholders." Read the full release: https://bit.ly/4fjXIZv

A European first for fiber connectivity. Following approval from the Belgian Competition Authority, Wyre and Fiberklaar can now begin the rollout of a shared future-proof fiber network across large parts of Flanders. By bringing together the strengths of Telenet group, Proximus Group and their infrastructure partners, this landmark collaboration will accelerate the delivery of gigabit connectivity to homes and businesses, reduce disruption from duplicate civil works and create a more efficient path to digital infrastructure deployment. Together, the partners intend to move quickly, building a network capable of delivering speeds up to 10 times faster than today’s, with the majority to be built by 2029 and achieving full coverage by 2037. How do connectivity, clean energy and transport innovation combine to create a more sustainable future? This was the question we explored at our Change. Accelerated. Live. event in London on Thursday for London Climate Action Week where we brought together experts, policymakers and innovators from across the industry and beyond. Co-hosted with Formula E, we were pleased to welcome Minister for Climate Katie White OBE MP, an EV enthusiast herself, who spoke on the opportunity to upgrade society through transport innovation. With a focus on innovation, sustainability and driving change, speakers on the day included: 🔋 Formula E CEO Jeff Dodds on creating compelling racing and a platform of sustainability. 🏎️ Jack Lambert (JLR) and Frederic Bertrand (Mahindra Racing) discussing Race to Road and the advances in road cars because of Formula E’s innovations. 📈 Andrew Grant’s (BloombergNEF) view on rising EV sales. 🌍 Tom Dannatt of Street Child on turning innovation into impact. 🤝 Pru Ashby of London & Partners on creating sustainable economic growth. 🔌 Greg Smith MP on the “eclectic future” of decarbonisation in the UK. From across our own business, Eke Vermeer opened the event and highlighted the importance of bringing our ecosystem together for this conversation. Molly Bruce spoke to Liberty Global's role connecting it all, with Susan Ashton (AtlasEdge), Charlie Allen (Believ) and Ilesh Patel (egg Power) showing how clean energy, digital infrastructure and EV charging are converging in practice. A big thank you to everyone who attended and to Claire Poole of Sport Positive for moderating.
