About us

Welcome to The Wonderful World of Webmart! At Webmart, we turn traditional marketing on its head with one mission: Do good, be good. From bold ideas to bigger impact, we’re more than a marketing agency — we’re a force for good, on a mission to deliver the most sustainable marketing possible. Doing business differently is in our DNA. Driven by optimistic determination, we create impactful marketing that helps brands like yours do some good in the world. Once upon a time (in 1996), Webmart was born in the world of print. Dr Simon Biltcliffe, AKA Bilty, had a vision. With just £10,000 in savings, he set out to build a national print services agency and the world’s first digitally driven print platform. Today, we’re an integrated sustainable marketing agency that embraces technology, leads with innovation, and bridges gaps between print, mail, digital, creative, and data. Our reach and impact expand far beyond the UK. We work with people, brands, and businesses all around the world. Wherever you are, we are here to help you create meaningful marketing that has an impact.

  • Our Hero of the Month this month is... Scott Dennison! 🏆 Scott might be best known around Webmart for his love of pies (or asking what's for lunch on monthly gathering days), but this month we're celebrating something even better... The way he looks after our clients. Whether it's building lasting relationships, making sure every project gets the attention it deserves, or giving colleagues the information and support they need to do their best work, Scott creates an environment where great work can thrive without unnecessary pressure. "Scott embodies the VIP experience we strive to deliver to our clients. His professionalism, communication, and collaborative approach make him a credit to both his team and Webmart as a whole." Congratulations, Scott. A thoroughly deserved Hero of the Month... and yes, you've earned yourself another pie.

I had a slightly surreal Wednesday last week. Webmart were fortunate enough to win a King's Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development 2026. It's an award we've been looking at for the last 5 years. There's a very high bar and it's something we've been working towards for a while - so we were super proud to secure the award As a result, I was invited down to a Royal Reception at St James' Palace where I was fortunate enough to meet the King! I don't have a picture unfortunately, so I have recreated the encounter whilst taking the opportunity to make myself a little slimmer and better looking. We have some really exciting sustainability initiatives coming out soon, so watch this space 👀 For details on Webmart's King's Award, head here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ep-u-Be5 Entries for the King's Award 2027 are now open and are free to enter. Head here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eN2d-y63 I'd encourage you to review and enter if you can, it's fantastic.

  • The challenge with the launch of most new products is that they’re invisible to customers. It might be amazing and super convenient, and it might save time and smash the competition on price, but if customers don’t know it’s there, then it’ll just pass them by. That was 100% the case for evyve’s new EV charging sites - and was exactly the challenge the Webmart digital team were brought in to sort. And sort it they did! evyve needed to build awareness quickly. And they needed a repeatable playbook for future new sites. Take a read how the Webmart digital crew created a fast, high-impact and omnichannel campaign across social and outdoor that delivered five times the customers in half the previous time. https://hubs.la/Q04prF8m0

LETS TALK ABOUT REBRANDS. 🎨 Businesses evolve, products improve, teams grow, customers change. But what I tend to notice is branding often gets left behind. A rebrand isn't about changing for the sake of it, it's about making sure your business looks as good as the work you're doing. One of our favourite recent projects at Webmart was working with The Puppet Company on a fresh new logo and brand identity. After more than 20 years, it was time for a look that reflected the creativity, quality and personality of the business today. What was the absolute icing on the cake was seeing the refreshed brand take pride of place in the window of Hamleys of London. Not a bad spot to show off a new look! 🎭✨ It's a great reminder that investing in your brand isn't just about aesthetics. It's about creating something that gives customers confidence, opens doors and helps your business stand out wherever it appears. If your logo, colours or messaging are telling a story from 10 years ago, maybe it's time to ask whether your brand is keeping up with your business. Sometimes, a fresh look can open some pretty exciting doors. Link below to the case study!

Another year, another week spent up at Webmart's Oxygen Farm 🌲☀️ Once again, can't take credit for any of the photos - all taken/edited by my wife - but what a fantastic trip. Grateful to have an opportunity to spend time with family in such a picturesque place that also plays an important part in our dedication to the planet. (It's on Airbnb if you want to have a look - message me for details!)

  • Let’s talk about something marketing loves to quietly question ... direct mail. Usually introduced with nervous laughter and a line like “Just exploring options…!” Because somewhere along the way, we decided anything without a dashboard must be questionable. But we're here to remind you - Your customers still receive post. They still open it. They still notice it. The channel didn’t disappear. The attention did. Backed by the latest JICMAIL data. You won't want to skip this 👇🏻
