Still smiling after our Big Bix Day Out weekends! 🌾💛 Our two Big Bix Day Out events were a brilliant opportunity to welcome the families and friends of our colleagues onto site and give them a behind-the-scenes look at life at Weetabix. From guided factory tours with plenty of fun facts (and even a bit of singing!) to creating their own Weetabix in our development kitchen with all sorts of tasty toppings - turns out coconut was the surprise favourite - there was something for everyone. Add in a ride on the Weetabix tractor, plus treats and entertainment in the marquee, and it made for a day full of smiles. A huge thank you to the many volunteers who helped make it such a success. Your hard work behind the scenes made it all possible, and we're so grateful for everything you did. 🌱 A brilliant day at Groundswell 2026 Our Lead Supplier Technical Manager, James Croskell, had a fantastic time attending this year's Groundswell event, which marked its 10th anniversary. From insightful discussions on scaling regenerative agriculture and strengthening supply chain collaboration, to thought-provoking sessions on nutrient density, food processing and the impact of geopolitics on food systems, the event offered plenty of inspiration and valuable learning. It was also a great opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues and friends, sharing ideas and experiences with others who are passionate about the future of sustainable farming. We're delighted to be partnered with Magic Breakfast UK, who make a difference to over 350,000 children and young people every single day. Together, we're ensuring every child is nourished, empowered and thriving.   There's no one-size-fits-all route into a career, and that's exactly the message our team shared at a local school's Magic Breakfast Aspirations Day.   Our brilliant Weetabix colleagues spent time with pupils, sharing their career journeys and offering a glimpse into the many opportunities and pathways into the world of work.   From engineering and finance to marketing and communications, our team spoke about what they do, how they got there, and why it's perfectly okay not to have your whole career mapped out from day one.   A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, shared their experiences so openly, and helped inspire the next generation with such enthusiasm. 🌟   Who knows... we may have even met a few future Weetabix colleagues! #Weetabix #MagicBreakfast #Community #Careers #Education

An evening spent on the farm is always time well spent. 🌾 Last week, we joined our Pioneer Growers Group to walk the crops, talk emissions reduction and share ideas on how we can continue producing lower carbon wheat. A real highlight was visiting Tom Pearson's farm and seeing regenerative farming in action. It was a great opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made together, as well as explore what's next as we look ahead to 2027. A big thank you to Tom for hosting, and to all of our growers for bringing their insights, ideas and passion to the table. For over a decade, we've been proud to work alongside Felix to help ensure more people across the UK have access to a nutritious breakfast. Since 2014, Felix have redistributed more than 25 million breakfasts through surplus food donations, helping support charities and community groups nationwide. Last year alone, our donations provided 2.1 million breakfasts to those who needed them most. But there's still more to do. Cupboard staples like cereal, pasta, rice and cooking oil remain some of the most requested items by frontline charities, yet they're often in short supply and we're proud to support Felix's latest call to help restock essential cupboard items and keep communities fuelled for the day ahead. Supporting our teams, around the clock 🌙 We recently partnered with Night Club at our Burton Latimer site to deliver interactive wellbeing sessions focused on sleep, nutrition, exercise and mental fitness – tailored specifically for our shift workers. With 24/7 operations, it’s vital we support the colleagues who keep Weetabix running day and night. The sessions reached over 240 team members across processing, packing and engineering, helping to build practical habits that support both well-being and performance.
