ALSO Group has reported a strong H1 2026 performance, and as part of the Group since February 2025, Westcoast is proud to contribute to these results while continuing to deliver value for our partners and customers. In H1 2026, ALSO: • Increased net profit by 61% to €69 million • Grew revenue by 21% to €8.3 billion • Increased EBITDA by 29% to €162 million The results reflect continued momentum across the technology market, driven by AI adoption, growing data volumes and increasing demand for computing capacity. Growth was supported by: • Rising demand for AI and high-performance technologies • Continued expansion of the Cloud business (+31%) • Higher margins across all 3S (Supply, Solution, Service) business models • Operational excellence initiatives driving greater efficiency • Successful integration of acquisitions across Europe These results reflect the strength of the ALSO ecosystem, the success of its platform strategy, and the dedication of teams, partners and vendors across the markets it serves. Looking ahead, while market visibility remains limited, ALSO continues to invest in long-term growth opportunities across Cloud, AI, IoT, cybersecurity and virtualisation. We’re incredibly proud of Claire Maslen, our Canteen Supervisor at Westcoast, who has completed a marathon walk from Oxford to Reading in support of our Charity of the Year, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association Reading & West Berkshire branch. Claire took on the challenge in memory of her friend Helen Jay, who sadly passed away from MND, raising an incredible £8,224 (inclusive of match-funding). The 26 mile walk was no easy feat, with the heat adding an extra challenge, but Claire’s determination and commitment helped her complete the journey and support a cause that provides vital support to people living with MND and their families. We were delighted to welcome nine local students to Westcoast HQ for Workwise, our work experience initiative. As part of our wider BrightSparks programme, Workwise helps inspire young people to explore careers in STEM through workplace placements, CV workshops, coaching and collaboration with local schools. The students enjoyed a week of hands-on learning, department shadowing and real-world business challenges. They spent time across multiple areas of the business, heard from colleagues who generously shared their knowledge and experience, and took on a commercial team challenge that showcased their creativity, confidence and teamwork. “It was so cold, it took my breath away!” 23 colleagues from across the business stepped up to take on the Ice Bucket Challenge earlier this month - embracing the cold shock for a great cause! We’ve now counted the donations and are delighted to share that, together, we raised an incredible £1,400 (including match funding) for our Charity of the Year, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association (Reading & West Berkshire). It was also fantastic to be joined by volunteers from the local MNDA team. The work the charity does is vital - supporting people and families affected by motor neurone disease, while funding critical research towards a cure. It was great to spend the day with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and our partners at our HPE Compute Essentials event. We love bringing people together face to face, and this was a hands-on, collaborative day tackling real-world customer scenarios across Edge, AI, Cloud and virtualisation. Following our 2025 partnership with YORDA ADVENTURES CHARITABLE INCORPORATED ORGANISATION - which raised an incredible £48,854 - we were delighted to welcome Laura Smyth MBE back to Westcoast for a session focused on supporting neurodiverse children. This wasn’t just a talk. It created a safe, open space for colleagues - parents, grandparents, and family members - to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other. Laura brought practical tools, honest insight, and a powerful reminder: behaviours often labelled as "challenging" are often forms of communication or coping. From understanding sensory processing to simple, everyday techniques, the session provided our team with meaningful, actionable support. We recently had the opportunity to join HPE’s senior leadership team in London, where Paul Harman (HPE Director, Westcoast & ALSO Group) shared our perspective on the evolving market, partner needs, and the role of distribution.
