Guys, you are the best bots platform ever! Please add Mexc.com support! I'm waiting for years.

I was initially excited about 3Commas – the platform has powerful tools for crypto trading, and they heavily promote their AI Assistant as a key feature to help users set up bots and navigate the interface.
However, they fail to clearly disclose that the AI Assistant is severely limited to 1 million tokens per month across all paid plans. In reality, this equates to only about 500–1000 queries per month (roughly 500 full questions and answers), which runs out extremely fast for beginners.
As a new user on a paid yearly subscription, I relied heavily on the AI during my first day to set up a DCA bot. The assistant often gave outdated advice because it wasn't fully synced with the current platform interface – suggesting features or buttons that no longer exist or had moved. Midway through setup, before my first day was even over, it suddenly stopped and informed me I'd hit the monthly limit. I was left completely stranded with no guidance.
Customer support was unhelpful. They repeatedly used the "financial advice" excuse to avoid assisting with bot setup or performance issues, even for basic troubleshooting. When a bot I managed to start performed poorly due to my lack of support, I quickly lost around $500. No one seemed to care.
I politely emailed requesting a one-time token extension as a new customer, but it was flatly denied with a generic "it's not possible" response.
Overall, this feels like misleading marketing and zero flexibility for paying users. Great tools in theory, but the hidden limits and indifferent support made my experience frustrating and costly. Not recommended for beginners.
Update (January 8, 2026):
3Commas replied publicly to this review within hours - far faster and with more engagement than any of my earlier private support attempts. Emails took days with generic denials and no solutions, the Telegram group instantly restricts new users from posting, and comments on their X account were completely ignored.
This sudden attention only came after the review went live and I requested a refund. It sadly confirms my original point: meaningful help wasn’t available when I needed it most as a stranded new user, but appeared quickly once the feedback became public.
I’m glad they’ve acknowledged the need for better limit visibility, onboarding, and AI accuracy. I’ll follow their suggestion and email support again, referencing this review.
Potential users - especially beginners relying on the heavily promoted AI Assistant - should know the 1 million token limit (roughly 500–1000 queries) can exhaust extremely fast. In my case, it ran out before my first day ended, leaving me without guidance for the remaining 29 days, mid-bot setup.

The bots themselves work within the parameters as they should. Unfortunately, they cannot report the actual exchange fees taking place. For example kraken users, whom pay for $0 fees monthly up to 10000usd, are reported false information, making the system unusable for accounting and tax purposes. The only real way is to get the exchange data directly which makes their system completely obsolete.

I'm a customer of 3commas for more than 4 years and I'm totally satisfied with their product, features and overall functionality. On the technical side they have done a great job!
Where I believe they suffer is at their marketing strategy and their pricing schemes. They have released a number of different pricing plans during those years, every one worse than the previous one.
But their last pricing scheme announced recently, is a total scam. You can see plans with regular price $200/month offered for a few days with a 70% discount at 60$/month! Previously free, very limited plans are now offered at $20/month but reasonably priced, useful plans, offered before, are no longer offered!
So for old customers that we had a regular plan with $50/month and with features we needed and we were using, they now force us to pay $200/month without having the option to stay at our current plan and features. But they had committed when we purchased the plan that as long as we renew it every year the price and features will remain the same!
I find those tactics very dishonest and I urge 3commas to offer similar plans as before with useful features and reasonable, steady pricing. Not misleading, short time special offers that when they expire the price goes up 3-4 times!

On the 8th of November, they confirmed via chat that they had submitted a refund request to Paddle.
Two days later, Paddle sent me an email stating that my refund request had been declined.
Since then, up until today, the 15th of December, I have repeatedly contacted 3Commas via their chat.
Their only response has been that they have sent the refund request to Paddle and that I need to wait.
I also requested a written confirmation via email from 3Commas stating that the refund request was submitted, but they have never replied.
So far, after one week, I have neither received my refund nor any confirmation that the refund will be processed.

This is what I call a real help to cut the emotional factor in trading. It’s nice to have a robot that perfectly execute the strategy like I would and won’t feel greed, fomo or any other trading diseases, preventing me from being truly successful. For crypto that require even faster decision making and emotional resistance, such services are irreplaceable. And btw it’s reliable too.

The idea is great, the interface is brilliant and the smart trades are genius. Unfortunately, the API execution lag on Kraken, my chosen linked exchange, is so terrible as to make 3commas pretty much unusable. I'll give it another shot in a year or two, but I do have to compliment them on the partial refunds on annual subscriptions. Zero fuss.

Trully dissappointed. No more customer service is present only AI. Every time I find glitch in their software I have to go circles and circles until a human picks up. Same anoying copy paste answers and long waiting for the resolve. Now 3commas forcing new price plans which is insane. After all those years we were with you everything you do goes against us. Thanks 3commas, better switch to Altrady.

So many different options for automation with options of creating your own. SmartTrade is what I use most. Being able to set up a buy and sell at the same time is much more profitable, you won't miss that sell point when you are sleeping.

Technical and customer assistance is the best of the best. The onboarding assistance is an educative effort rather than just onboarding. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trading Bot.
