Adolf Hitler is a politician, the leader of the Nazi Party, Chancellor of Germany, dictator of Germany and instigator of a genocidal war. He is a cruel person, inhuman and has insatiable greed for power. He is not a highly educated person but nevertheless a man of unusual ability. Adolf Hitler was not a German until citizenship was granted to him in 1932. He used his abilities and convinced the people with his political propaganda. He became a dictator from 1934 to 1945 and eleven million people were killed under his dictatorial; including six million Jews. To the world at large, Hitler appears as a man of tremendous strength of will, determination and power. Hitler's feelings of weakness and power probably also determine his attitudes toward people and nations. He has only contempt for those who are weak and who does not display their power for some reason. Hitler made his intentions very obvious in Mein Kampf about his political program, the wiping of the Versailles off the books, the denial of war guilt and the resurrection of Germany as a military power of the first order. His ambitions on militaristic expansion were tremendous and he was dominated by the revenge against allies. He has strong plans of anti -semitism and purification of German people by numerous hygiene measures. Several historical schools of thought such as the structuralist, intentionalist , functionalist, Marxist and great historians such as Ian Kershaw have come forward and have tried to account for their own interpretations and arguments of Hitler's dictatorial. Through all these perspectives, we get a clearer view of the kind of dictator that Hitler was.
