Similarly, the Agro-allied industries are leveraging these digital advances to optimize operations and increase agricultural yields. Despite growing global interest in the digital transformation of agriculture, particularly through innovative farming technologies, most empirical and theoretical studies have disproportionately focused on large-scale commercial farms in developed regions with robust technological Infrastructure. There is limited scholarly attention on how small and medium-sized agro-allied enterprises (SMEs) engage with, adopt, or benefit from advanced digital technologies. This study uses the diffusion of innovation DoI) theory to examine how institutional policy, technical, financial, Infrastructure, educational, and skill-related barriers impede the successful integration and deployment of current digital technologies in the SMEs, towards optimizing agro-allied yields in the agricultural industry. The study provided insight into how these constraints can be mitigated to enhance the successful implementation of advanced digital technologies by SMEs, thereby optimizing business processes and improving agro-allied yields. Using a quantitative research method, a survey questionnaire was designed and used to collect the opinions of over 400 individuals in various roles within agro-allied SMEs.A systematic review of existing literature provided additional insight into scholarly views and perspectives. Findings from the study indicated that Limited access to digital technology significantly hinders Smart Farming deployment, Educational skills training gaps influence the successful use of Smart Farming technologies and Government policies, infrastructure, and financial constraints collectively moderate Smart Farming adoption.

While humanoids promise to extend automation beyond industrial settings into domains such as healthcare, domestic assistance, education, and social services, questions persist regarding their actual contribution to human well-being, productivity, and societal development. This study examines the evolving role of humanoid technologies within the broader transition toward human-centric innovation paradigms, often associated with Industry 5.0. It critically evaluates whether the integration of humanoids into daily life generates meaningful digital value or merely reflects technological advancement without proportional societal benefit. Drawing on a multidisciplinary synthesis of existing literature, the research explores key dimensions including human-machine collaboration, usability, ethical considerations, trust, digital inclusion, and socioeconomic impact. The paper adopts a systematic literature review SLR and conceptual analysis approach to identify the drivers, barriers, and outcomes associated with humanoid adoption in real-world contexts. Particular attention is given to how organizational culture, digital literacy, and user acceptance influence the effectiveness of humanoid deployment beyond controlled industrial settings. The findings suggest that while humanoid systems offer significant potential in augmenting human capabilities, their value realization is contingent upon alignment with human needs, contextual adaptability, and ethical governance frameworks. The study contributes to the emerging discourse on Industry 5.0 proposing a human-centric evaluation model for assessing the digital value of humanoid technologies. It further highlights critical research gaps, including the need for empirical validation in non-industrial environments, long-term impact assessment of humanoids on the society, and the development of inclusive design frameworks. As enterprises rapidly undergo digital transformation with various advanced digital technologies, they strive to implement measures to adapt their organizational culture to the changing economy in other to remain competitive and survive. Organizations have had to continuously adapt their business processes to the dynamic nature of the digital industry to support their businesses and provide value. The current advances in the digital space have provided enterprises with the opportunities to digitalize their business processes, integrating various advanced digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and machine learning to automate and optimize business processes and boost workplace operational efficiency and productivity. As the society undergo digital transformation, enterprises are faced with the constant need to integrate new digital infrastructure to power their business processes, provide business value, and remain competitive in a dynamic market economy. While some organizations have immensely benefited from the integration of advanced digital technologies to support business processes others are facing challenges from stiff organizational culture, such as resistance from employees, due to fears of job loss. A Systematic Literature Review SLR was adopted to review 150 existing scholarly studies on organizational cultures thriving well in a digital society. Findings from the study review identifies the most effective adaptive organizational culture dimensions that support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 adoption. Findings reveal that learning culture, innovation culture, collaborative culture, agile culture, data-driven culture and Leadership support culture are the strongest predictors of successful digitalization. Hierarchical and rigid bureaucratic cultures were repeatedly linked to slow adoption and resistance to change .The study reveal a significant relationship between organizational culture and successful digitalization and integration of new digital technologies

As industries increasingly transition manufacturing and production systems toward enabled smart f... more As industries increasingly transition manufacturing and production systems toward enabled smart factories, governments and policymakers assume a critical role in establishing regulatory frameworks that enable emerging Industry 4.0 ecosystems to develop and remain competitive. While existing scholarship has devoted substantial attention to technological capabilities and innovation potential, comparatively limited emphasis has been placed on the policy, regulatory, and governance structures that shape organizational readiness and workforce transformation in this digital industrial era. This study examines how institutional arrangements-encompassing public policy, regulatory regimes, and governance mechanisms-influence organizations' capacity to adopt Industry 4.0 technologies and to effectively transform their workforce. Grounded in institutional theory and sociotechnical perspectives, the research adopts a multilevel analytical approach to explore the interactions between macro-level policy and regulatory environments, meso-level organizational readiness, and micro-level workforce outcomes. The study used the systematic literature review SLR to investigate 80 scholarly studies on key dimensions of organizational readiness, including digital maturity, leadership commitment, IT-OT integration, and change management capabilities, and analyzes how these factors mediate the relationship between external governance frameworks and Industry 4.0 implementation. In parallel, the research examines workforce transformation processes, with particular attention to reskilling and upskilling initiatives, job redesign, human-machine collaboration, and employee acceptance of AI-driven systems. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature, supplemented by insights from organizational leaders and technical professionals operating within Industry 4.0 environments, the study evaluates the impact of policy and regulatory oversight on organizational readiness. The findings highlight the importance and impact of the organizational framework as an essential ingredient to organizational readiness and workforce transformation in Industry 4.0, spanning policy to governance practices, regulatory compliance challenges, and the humancentered implications of automation. Additionally, the study addresses ethical, social, and labor-related considerations, including data governance, algorithmic accountability, and workforce inclusion. The analysis reveals a consistent emphasis on workforce reskilling across national Industry 4.0 strategies, although significant variation exists in policy implementation approaches. Overall, the findings demonstrate that organizational readiness for Industry 4.0 is strongly associated with organizations' internal architecture, with leadership commitment and workforce digital literacy, underscoring the central role of governance and human-centered capabilities in enabling sustainable digital industrial transformation.

Yet neurodivergent teachers-whose lived experiences, cognitive strengths, and adaptive strategies uniquely position them to understand the needs of neurodivergent learners-remain underrepresented in research shaping the design of AI-mediated learning environments. This study examines how neurodivergent educators actively contribute to accessible and inclusive learning design frameworks for neurodivergent consumers within tech-centered, AI-driven classrooms. Drawing on principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), disability justice, and participatory design, the research investigates how teacher expertise informs the creation of sensory-responsive interfaces, flexible content pathways, AI-assisted scaffolding, and adaptive communication modalities. Through quantitative Systematic Review of existing Literature QSRL on neuerodivergent teacher's classroom observations, and co-design workshops, the study identifies emergent pedagogical practices that leverage AI tools to reduce cognitive load, mitigate executive functioning barriers, and promote learner agency. Findings highlight that neurodivergent teachers not only enhance accessibility but also reshape normative assumptions about attention, communication, and competence within AI-mediated education. By centering their perspectives, the study presents a framework for inclusive learning design that aligns AI technologies with neurodivergent epistemologies and lived realities. The research concludes with recommendations for developers, educators, and policymakers to embed neurodivergent leadership in the co-creation of equitable educational technologies, ensuring that AI-driven classrooms foster meaningful participation, digital autonomy, and long-term empowerment for neurodivergent consumers.

Several scholars have shared their opinions and perspectives in related articles on this issue since privacy is a fundamental and constitutional right in many countries that must be protected at all times. While several practitioners and industry experts have proffered various privacy-preserving measures to help empower users to make informed decisions that relate to the use of their personal information, others have proposed various privacy preserving measures and mechanisms to help protect the use of personal information in a digital society to create the necessary confidence and trust amongst members of the public. With the current advances in artificial intelligence, social media platforms, and automation, the issue has emerged as a major source of concern among policymakers, privacy advocates, and industry experts. The purpose of the e-Delphi study was to gain consensus from the opinions of industry experts on best practice measures and various effective privacy-preserving measures to help enhance users' privacy and allay privacy concerns in a digital society.

Yet neurodivergent teachers-whose lived experiences, cognitive strengths, and adaptive strategies uniquely position them to understand the needs of neurodivergent learners-remain underrepresented in research shaping the design of AI-mediated learning environments. This study examines how neurodivergent educators actively contribute to accessible and inclusive learning design frameworks for neurodivergent consumers within tech-centered, AI-driven classrooms. Drawing on principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), disability justice, and participatory design, the research investigates how teacher expertise informs the creation of sensory-responsive interfaces, flexible content pathways, AIassisted scaffolding, and adaptive communication modalities. Through quantitative Systematic Review of existing Literature QSRL on neuerodivergent teacher's classroom observations, and co-design workshops, the study identifies emergent pedagogical practices that leverage AI tools to reduce cognitive load, mitigate executive functioning barriers, and promote learner agency. Findings highlight that neurodivergent teachers not only enhance accessibility but also reshape normative assumptions about attention, communication, and competence within AI-mediated education. By centering their perspectives, the study presents a framework for inclusive learning design that aligns AI technologies with neurodivergent epistemologies and lived realities. The research concludes with recommendations for developers, educators, and policymakers to embed neurodivergent leadership in the co-creation of equitable educational technologies, ensuring that AIdriven classrooms foster meaningful participation, digital autonomy, and long-term empowerment for neurodivergent consumers.

While existing scholarship has devoted substantial attention to technological capabilities and innovation potential, comparatively limited emphasis has been placed on the policy, regulatory, and governance structures that shape organizational readiness and workforce transformation in this digital industrial era. This study examines how institutional arrangements-encompassing public policy, regulatory regimes, and governance mechanisms-influence organizations' capacity to adopt Industry 4.0 technologies and to effectively transform their workforce. Grounded in institutional theory and sociotechnical perspectives, the research adopts a multi-level analytical approach to explore the interactions between macro-level policy and regulatory environments, meso-level organizational readiness, and micro-level workforce outcomes. The study used the Dynamic capability theory (DCT) to investigate key dimensions of organizational readiness, including digital maturity, leadership commitment, IT-OT integration, and change management capabilities, and analyzes how these factors mediate the relationship between external governance frameworks and Industry 4.0 implementation. In parallel, the research examines workforce transformation processes, with particular attention to reskilling and upskilling initiatives, job redesign, human-machine collaboration, and employee acceptance of AI-driven systems. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature, supplemented by insights from organizational leaders and technical professionals operating within Industry 4.0 environments, the study evaluates the impact of policy and regulatory oversight on organizational readiness. The findings highlight governance practices, regulatory compliance challenges, and the human-centered implications of automation. Additionally, the study addresses ethical, social, and labor-related considerations, including data governance, algorithmic accountability, and workforce inclusion. The analysis reveals a consistent emphasis on workforce reskilling across national Industry 4.0 strategies, although significant variation exists in policy implementation approaches. Overall, the findings demonstrate that organizational readiness for Industry 4.0 is strongly associated with leadership commitment and workforce digital literacy, underscoring the central role of governance and humancentered capabilities in enabling sustainable digital industrial transformation.

Several scholars have shared their opinions and perspectives in related articles on this issue since privacy is a fundamental and constitutional right in many countries that must be protected at all times. While several practitioners and industry experts have proffered various privacy-preserving measures to help empower users to make informed decisi ons that relate to the use of their personal information, others have proposed various privacypreserving measures and mechanisms to help protect the use of personal information in a digital society to create the necessary confidence and trust amongst members of the public. With the current advances in artificial intelligence, social media platforms, and automation, the issue has emerged as a major source of concern among policymakers, privacy advocates, and industry experts. The purpose of the e-Delphi study was to gain consensus from the opinions of industry experts on best practice measures and various effective privacy-preserving measures to help enhance users' privacy and allay privacy concerns in a digital society. The study adopted the Restricted Access/Limited Control (RALC) theory of privacy to provide a theoretical framework for the research study. The study included three rounds of questioning using the Delphi method.
