I was able to configure all settings on a new Solid Security plugin install without issue, except for changing the recipient email under Notifications – Database Backup. Currently the backups are set by default to send to the client’s email (the site’s Administrative Email Address), and I prefer they go to my email. With all other clients’ sites, I’ve been able to change this easily by typing in my email, and clicking Save All Changes. With the newest client, I can type the new email, but when I click Save All Changes, there is no notification of the changes being saved in the top right. And, when I navigate to another dashboard item, and return to the Notification – Database Backup area, the recipient email has not changed, but is back to the client’s email address.

I have not encountered this issue before, so please advise what may be causing the issue. Thank you.

  • I have a very similar problem. I can’t change the notification settings, specifically for the Security Digest. When I try to change the setting from “daily” to “weekly”, the changes are not saved.

Thank you @nlpro! I’d read through part of that topic, not realizing it was referencing the same issue.
