disable redirection stopped working

I sometimes enable/disable the same redirection. Has been a useful feature.

Recently when disabling a redirection it did not take effect. The redirection continued to act as ‘enabled’. I cleared all caches, used different browsers and sessions.

Once I deleted the redirect it worked (that is: stopped redirecting) accordingly. I use the htaccess method.

Not a big deal but figured I should report it in case this impacts others. Thanks!
