yes i’ve set up the pages correctly.
I remember i had this issue ages ago and I found a work around by hiding the widget using the global options thus forcing it to appear on the quotes pages. That was a working solution as all the widgets I wanted to display on the quote pages were generic and did not need changing.
However, now I need to be able to add conditional widgets to the quote pages on an individual basis preferably by the url. This works fine with all other sections of the wordpress site.
I also raised another support ticket and wondering if it is linked. When I create a quote it allows users to send questions. I want the question and answer section to work with the WordPress discussion settings I have set. That is, when a user types a response I want them to have to enter their name and email address.
Your other question wasn’t linked to this one.
Try another solution like Jetpack. There you can find options to set up widgets on particular pages.

This is why I gave your plugin a bad review and your attitude stinks and lets me tell you why.
1) I already use a conditional widgets plugin and it’s fantastic.
2) It’s your plugin that prevents it from working on the pages your plugin creates
3) I suspect this is why the WordPress comments system does not function correctly either, something to do with the coding of your quotes plugin.
4) jetpack. really!

So basically, your solution is for me to install a massive resource hogging plugin like jetpack just to get your plugin to work correctly to display widgets. did you even look at the plugin I used called widget context? it’s fantastic and written by someone who’s got a 4.6 rating for their excellent plugin.
What you should be doing is either coding your stuff to work with this, or putting a list of incompatible plugins alongside your software. Don’t suppose you’re actually bothered what happens after the sale though.
Should have given you one star and not two.
No more of your sage advice please I will find a way.

I may owe you an apology. been on the plugin site and it might be and issue with the way their plugin handles things and not yours.
