AIA North Alabama is an accredited component of the Alabama Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Our component consists of over 115 members, most of whom are licensed architects. Our membership also includes many associate members, seven emeritus members, and two AIA Fellows.

We are an AIA Continuing Education Provider and host 18 CEUs over the course of the year, including one Lunch & Learn every month, two design lectures, and CEU day.

We are an entirely volunteer-led organization and are incredibly thankful to the board members, honor committee, and all of our wonderful sponsors who make our events possible.

Upcoming Events

A key contribution of our component is our continuing education. We provide monthly CEUs along with other events adding up to a total of 18 CEU hours, 12 of which are HSW (Health Safety and Welfare) credits. You can register for these events using the link below.
