LAB Group had an 18-month window to capture the biggest expansion their market has seen in a decade. Australia's AUSTRAC reforms were bringing 70,000–90,000 accountants, lawyers, and real estate firms under compliance obligations for the first time, requiring them to choose a compliance platform before July 2026. The problem: a small SDR team, capped volume, and event follow-ups taking three days while leads went cold. With 11x, LAB Group now runs five campaign motions in parallel including cold outreach, vertical splits, event follow-up, closed-lost reactivation, and competitor displacement, with Salesforce integration handling exclusion logic and a Knowledge Base keeping every message on-brand without review cycles. Six months in, they've seen: → $1.15M+ in pipeline generated → 57x ROI → 10,000+ contacts enriched "11x has been the framework for everything we do across GTM." — Nick Boudrie, CEO We're excited to continue working with LAB Group to help their execution scale.

11x started with one Fleet agent for bug triage. Soon, they had agents for on-call alerts and product Q&A for GTM. The reason adoption spread: every agent had a clear identity in Slack. “Everyone at the company knows the identity of the agent, and it’s in all the main channels, so they just tag it. We even have salespeople who pull it up on sales calls when they have a question about the product.” -Jeson Patel Fleet agents can now be deployed to Slack in one click.

Most businesses don't have a traffic problem, but they do have a conversion problem. People land on your site at the exact moment they're interested, then leave. The demand you paid for leaks out, and you're stuck chasing it back down. That’s why we just shipped Julian to the highest-intent place: your website. AI Web Widgets are officially live. And no, this isn't a chatbot. Chatbots wait for questions and give canned answers. Julian starts the conversation, watching how visitors move through your site, adapting to what they care about, handling objections, and booking the meeting the way your best rep would. Two ways: text, and live real voice. Your highest-converting channel is now working your inbound traffic. Julian hands off to Alice for targeted follow-up, or kicks off a call from the phone agent. That's the difference you’ll see between a point solution and a platform for growth. Julian's already live on our site, go say hi! 👋

"Forget the tokens. Forget the hype. What did it do for your business?" Our CEO Prabhav Jain on Fortt Knox with Jon Fortt on AI tourists, why most AI deployments fail before the tech gets a chance, and how revenue leaders should actually evaluate vendors. Check it out in the link below!
Prabhav Jain, who became CEO of 11x in 2025, makes the case in a Fortt Knox 1:1 for AI "digital workers" (AI SDRs) that help go-to-market teams grow revenue. Born in India to a well-off, tech-minded family and brought to the US around second grade, he was an early builder whose high-school vocabulary site reached millions and helped pay for his MIT education; a three-time founder and former Brex engineering lead. Ornn is doing something that's never been done: building the first regulated exchange for AI compute. Which means no outbound playbook existed for what they were selling. Jack Minor, their COO, was single-handedly running outbound five hours a night. Until they handed it off to 11x. Onboarding was a 30-minute call. That Sunday, Jack launched four campaigns by 9:30PM. "I spent an hour on something that would have taken me thirty hours. By the end of the same week, I had 10-15 calls booked." The speed did more than book meetings. It surfaced the truth about their market fast enough to discover the right audience for their product. In Jack's words: "The acceleration of outbound was largely what led us to pivot." Where they are now: → 8-figures in active pipeline → 31 campaigns across all three sides of the market → ~30x faster weekly outbound execution Ornn just raised a $33M seed led by Andreessen Horowitz and reserved the ORNN ticker on the NYSE. Outbound runs on 11x, and C-suite time is back where it belongs: on product. Full case study in the comments below.

About 18 months ago we deployed AI SDRs at Canibuild. After our initial research, we ended up picking 11x as our third-party solution. We initially engaged to improve our speed to lead. We sell across multiple geographies. Enquiries land at 2am, 6am, on weekends, on public holidays somewhere in the world. By the time a human SDR got to them, the prospect had already moved on or gone cold. Now the agent picks up instantly. SMS and a call within seconds. It answers the obvious questions, qualifies the prospect, and books a demo straight into an AE's calendar with the full context attached. Our demo close rate went from where it was sitting before to over 60%. More than a 50% lift. Not because the AEs got better at closing. Because they stopped wasting time calling unqualified leads and walking into cold first calls. The agent isn't there to close. It's there to do the unglamorous work. Chase the reply at 3am. Qualify the intent. Hand the AE a warm, briefed conversation so they walk in as the best version of themselves. Two KPIs for the agent. ➡️ Qualified meetings booked ➡️ Quality of the context handoff to the AE Persistence and research belong to the machine. Judgment and close belong to the human. Who else has deployed AI SDRs within their business? What results have you seen so far?

11x was founded on a single principle - let humans be human, and stop wasting human time and energy on repetitive tasks. Over the past few years, the team has raised $70M+ from Benchmark and a16z and deployed thousands of digital workers globally. What it’s like to work there - smart people, hard problems, lots of autonomy. It’s a place where people take ownership without being asked and try to solve often impossible-seeming problems. 11x is rapidly growing and hiring across sales, success, growth, engineering, and design. They have offices in San Francisco and London, smaller hubs in Seattle, Vancouver and Toronto, and a remote team. Top 10 roles listed in the link below!

Brainsuite.ai helps the world's biggest brands, PepsiCo, Unilever, eBay, Vodafone, predict how creative will perform before launch. Christian Klingbiel runs outbound for an entire region at Brainsuite, on his own. And he's good at it. The problem was the number of hours in a day. Sourcing, research, writing the messages, it took five of every eight hours. Outbound could only ever stretch as far as one person's day. So Brainsuite brought on 11x to take the manual half off his plate. Now 11x runs the sourcing and sending in the background, overnight. Christian wakes up to replies instead of a to-do list, and spends his day on the part that actually needs him: the conversations, the strategy, the deals. In his words: "When I'm asleep, Alice keeps sourcing and sending. The next morning, the responses are waiting and I can get to booking a meeting right away." The result: → 500+ hours saved every year on outreach → 30% more pipeline → 50% of booked meetings sourced by 11x Same person, same instincts. Just no longer capped by the hours in a day. Full story below.

Three weeks into 11x, and I'm still processing how much happens in a single day here 🏃 Early days at a company are always a mix of excitement and uncertainty. This one's been more of the former. The team is small and extremely talented, the pace is real, and — maybe most importantly — the problem we're solving clearly resonates with customers 💡 We're starting to grow the sales team and looking for AEs who want to be part of an early chapter. You'd be working directly with me and Greg Walder — early enough to shape things, with enough foundation that you're not starting from zero 🚀 If you're interested in the AE role, DM me and lets set up a time to connect!
